I ordered two pieces of jewelry on 2/7/26 and even paid for expedited delivery. The receipt stated it would be delivered by USP. It was not UPS but a third-party company that supposedly delivered my items on 3/2/26. There were not found in our delivery box or anywhere, for that matter. Surprisingly the photo's showing delivery was our home. When I brought this to the Tula's attention, they said they'd honor the order. I have followed up twice, first time being told they had a large backlog, and the second time telling me the items were delivered on 3/2/26.

Unfortunately this necklace isn’t waterproof, sweat proof or tarnish resistant. I’ve had two of these necklaces in less than 2 months and both are tarnished and discolored. I think the idea is so unique and cool, and the owner is nice but she refused to give me my money back even though the claims she made on her jewelry were fake.

I never received my original morese code necklace order #103199 nor did they issue a refund after waiting five weeks and multiple email correspondence with ElizabethR.@Tulas.

Item never received.

This is the worst company to deal with or try to reach somebody live. I placed an order early this month and I have contacted them so many times I can’t even count and then they shipped me half the order and now it is taking even more emails phone calls to try to get help so I sit here and wait. Don’t believe the free mystery gifts. If you want to receive baby samples instead of actual product that you think you would get for ordering $100 or $150 or $200 then this is the place to order from. Horrible horrible company to order from!

I’m Very disappointed with the rose gold necklace that I purchased. The color is brassy and looks cheap. This company does not accept returns so obviously does not stand by its product.

Purchased necklace but never received anything. I think it is a complete scam.

Terrible customer service. I attempted to cancel a recurring order, but it was shipped in spite of this. They shipped half of my order, Charged me for two 80 items, and I’m unable to return, because the website says the items were unfulfilled. After receiving a few emails, when I discovered this they stopped replying. After a few days I sent another request for assistance and received no reply. They have no phone number to contact the company and this should be a red flag.

This is a scam company. They contact you through your Instagram profile, asking you to promote their website on your stories with a promise of paying you $1,000. In reality, they’re trying to hack your account to use it for their own promotions.

Great products. Have used them for a couple of years. Highly recommend.

Products are good but customer service terrible
I’ve ordered product and set auto delivery however Tula website comes up with an error each time I try to postpone next delivery

I’ve emailed Tula customer services; no acknowledgment, no update
