Muy mala experiencia con Tuio.

Tras un siniestro por viento, seguí todo el proceso: técnico, videoperitaje y múltiples gestiones. Aun así, la resolución fue una indemnización de 137,46 € sin desglose claro ni justificación coherente.

El importe no cubre ni de lejos los daños reales y además excluyen parte de los daños sin explicaciones convincentes.

Falta de transparencia, tiempos largos y una valoración claramente insuficiente. No lo recomendaría.

El expediente no tiene cobertura por lo que no se asignará perito, no procede la reapertura del expediente. En cuanto a la prima abonada, corresponde a la anualidad completa, solo procede el abono de la prima no disfrutada en caso de baja de la póliza.
