Avoid this company at all costs!
This company is complicit in enabling scammers. When I reported a fraudulent website they have authority over, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite having the power to take action and despite me wanting to provide all evidence, they chose to do absolutely nothing, effectively protecting scammers instead of their victims.
Their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to act is shocking. It’s no surprise that so many reviews online share similar experiences. If you value ethical practices and a company that stands against fraud, look elsewhere. This company clearly prioritizes convenience over accountability.
I am reporting them to authorities.

FAR AWAY FROM THEM
I have worked lots of domain name registrars until today. But Tucows/OpenSRS is the worst one. Don't recommend.
What is negatives?
Very High Pricing.
Unexpected Charges.
No any Refunds almost about everything.
They designed the system that when you click on platform it automatically deducts from your balance. No any warning.
So bad customer service.
They charge almost about everything. SSL, WHOIS, LOCK or UNLOCK DOMAIN STATUS (Yes, it is true)
Actually i count more.
Are you breathing on their platform? OPENSRS
Be ready billing for it.

Terrible service
Terrible service, they are rude and nobody does their job when it comes to solving issues. They give you the run around and take days to address any matter if they message back at all. They resale domains that are already purchased by other people if you are willing to pay more for it. they scam people. DO NOT work with this company !! I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT !

Poor service and deal with criminals
Poor service and deal with criminals! Reached out to them to inform them that a criminal stole my domain and housed it with them and the response was as if so! Do not do business with this company. I will get my domain back.
I will contact the BBB within 48 hours if my domain issue is not resolved and back in my possession as it is being misused, abused, and not in safe or good hands between the their; nor Tucows.
Next litigation for housing stolen property.
