Dispatching the wrong watch every time. Ordered the watch I want the first and second time, both were the wrong color and material. This company do not respect the wishes of his customers. Its also not possible to contact Tsar Bomba, so my second order went wrong too. The box wasn't the same like in the unboxing videos on YouTube and TikTok, both were already opened and looked used. Amazon tried to solve what Tsar Bomba couldn't, but I wasted my time.

Tsar Bomba has the best communication of any watch company I’ve dealt with. They respond within hours and are helpful in their responses. I’ve purchased two watches from them and have been happy with both. I purchased an extra strap with my latest watch, but the factory neglected to send the strap changing tool. I wrote the company asking how to change the strap, and within an hour they responded with a link to a video and a tracking number for the strap changing tool. Great customer service should be applauded.

我真的太生气了！这已经是我第二次在这家公司购买手表，但这次的体验简直是灾难！手表送到的时候，玻璃竟然是碎的！而且表带根本不能用！花了这么多钱，却收到一块根本没法戴的手表，真是让人无法接受！

上一次购买的时候，我对你们的产品还算满意，可是这次的质量问题让我完全失去了信任！这样的售后服务，难道你们不该给消费者一个合理的交代吗？如果不给出解决方案，我绝对不会再买你们的任何产品，并且会告诉所有朋友不要上当！

I am extremely disappointed with the watch I received. First of all, the watch hand does not work, which makes it completely useless. Secondly, some of the bolts are missing, which makes it look like the watch was either assembled poorly or used. Also, the delivery took 4 weeks, which is unacceptable considering that I live in the US. You could have gotten the product from the other side of the world in that amount of time! Overall, the quality is disgusting, the wait is long, and the product is a disappointment. I do not recommend this store!

Ordered a watch + strap directly from 'Tsar Bomba'. Only received the watch, no strap. Didn't like the watch and wanted to return it. Although they advertise they will: respond within 12 hours, refund the same day they receive the return and cover your shipping costs they: responded after 4 days only after I had to open a dispute on PayPal, didn't refund me yet while it has been more than a day and there is no mention or sign they are going to refund the shipping costs. The seller also started implying I did receive the strap and I'm lying that I didn't and wouldn't want to refund the strap.

It has been nearly two weeks and I'm still waiting on the first signs of receiving a refund and the first signs of decent customer service.

The watch itself looked and felt OK, it was a nice watch. But you better pray you don't have to deal with their customer service in any way, shape or form.
