I thought I would give it a go!!!
I thought I would give Zapply a try as I was struggling with recovery in the gym. I do an intensive boxing workout 3 times a week and although I’m only 3 weeks in I can already feel a change!!! I look forward to continuing the journey.

So far so good, i've only been taking Zapply for 3 weeks so haven't felt any big changes yet, but i have started to find my recovery is improving and also my endurance during workouts. will update again when i'm a couple of months in. I started Zapply with high hopes after seeing all the advertisements. I will admit that I was initially disappointed as I didn’t feel anything like what was described on the advertising. After a few weeks I noticed that I had a new impetus to train without making the excuses I always made. Now I can’t wait to train, I’m excited. I also have a faster recovery which is really important to me, given that I’m 53. Another plus is the sleep I get. I’ve never had an issue with sleep but now, I sleep right through until the morning, without having to go to the toilet 3 times a night. I will continue to take Zapply, for these reasons.

After just a week I started to feel more energetic, after 12 hour work shift I still had some get up n go. After a month I actually started working out daily and feeling amazing. Sleep is superb also. Now into month 3 and can honestly say its changed the way I live for the better. 10/10 from me.
