Guess I should have checked first. You can't really contact customer support. Only contact method is form through Shopify portal where they promised response within 24 hours. Nope. I have shipment missing which they claim delivered but wasn't.

UPDATED: Sprinkle doesn’t ship or process orders…
Sprinkle doesn’t ship or process orders within their “72 hours” time window they advertise on their website. It has also been over a week since I ordered, with no updates on processing, which should have taken, at max, the 72 hour time window. Upon contacting them to inquire about this, they had sent an automated response that had also given me a 72 hour time window for response. You can imagine that they didn’t contact me or anything. It seems like they just took my $200 and ran. Very disappointed with this company and have cancelled my subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
UPDATE 9/20/26: After receiving an email about my review, asking if I could take it down, and providing expedited shipping, Sprinkle has me feeling mixed about their business. I appreciate that they did what was right, or what they thought, to mitigate my problem. Upon receiving my order, it seemed like one of the tubs was not properly sealed and made a mess when I opened it (not to mention the wasted drink mix), so that was annoying. Another thing is that they had only tried to fix the problem when it affected the public outlook of their business. I would not have written the review had they responded to me in the time frame they mention on their own website. On one hand, the drink mix is effective and doesn't have an earthy taste, all things considered, and on the other hand, it does not mix as well as they say - and leaves a sticky residue on your teeth. One more thing is that the scooper doesn't have any marks for a half-dose, nor does the packaging tell you anything about the dosage other than the one scoop size.
TLDR: I am going to update my review to 2 stars because of how they handled the situation. Still dissatisfied in the product, itself, and the quality control. Overall, it seems like the company is on the right track, but is growing faster than they can handle themselves. I would not be surprised if the quality drops as they get bigger.

Where did my package go?
Placed an order on August 27th, shipping label was created on August 31st…still no movement on the actual package. Emailed customer service and no response. Buyers beware.

I struggle with fibromyalgia chronic…
I struggle with fibromyalgia chronic pain and fatigue. I also have COPD so smoking is out. I tried Sprinkle and found my happy place! I mix it with water and a splash of lemonade and it’s a nice, refreshing drink with a fast acting buzz. It helps with my pain during the day and helps me sleep like a rock at night. I do Chill 500 days and 1000 mg at night.
Service is great! I wish delivery was a little quicker but I understand you guys are a small business with a huge customer base. I highly 🙃recommend Sprinkle for all your CBD needs!

My order came quickly and works great!
My order came quickly. I ordered the “sleep “ powder and the “party” powder. I first tried a full scoop of the sleep and slept very well, however I was groggy for a few hours after I woke up. I’ve since used a half scoop and it’s worked better for me as far as morning grogginess while still sleeping well. The party variety is just that 😉😃. When you open the tubs they definitely have that “pot” smell, but hardly noticeable after mixed. I definitely recommend!!

FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY FAIL
MAJOR FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS. I have read several reports of this, and I am in the same boat. I have been waiting over two weeks for my order, and that was after paying for fast shipping. Obviously they are having inventory problems, but they should not be advertising so aggressively if they can't deliver the orders. They sure have no trouble accepting payment. BUYER BEWARE. There are a lot of competitors in this space.
UPDATE - I wrote to cancel the order, finally got a timely response. To their credit they agreed to give me a full refund, which they took care of right away. I hope they straighten out their inventory and fulfillment issues.

I’d like to be able to review the product but it has to be shipped to me first. Waiting five days now for a shipping notice. Received an automated reply to my email with a promise of a human response within 72 hours. That hasn’t happened yet either. If I ever receive my order I will never purchase from them again- regardless of how good it is if this is the level of customer service that is provided. I’ll give them a few more days before I dispute the charge with my CC company. Bummer.
UPDATE- I WANT MY MONEY NACK. After my original negative review I received basically the same apology as everyone else. I was later contacted that my order would be”likely” be going out this week. I was contacted by sprinkle for additional info so that they could elevate my case and get it resolved. Still NOTHING. IT has now been more than two weeks and no shipping notification. I see others posting about receiving orders. I’ve got NOTHING. They took my $100 bucks instantly. I still have nothing. NOTHING. This morning I saw three more ads for Sprinkle. They are having fulfillment issues yet the continue to aggressively advertise. Still I have NOTHING but empty promises and $100 less in my wallet. Based on this update I’ll expect the same BS apology that everyone else who is getting scr@&ed will get along with a hollow promise that they will look into this and fix it. And after that I will still have surely still have NOTHING. My experience is that the only guarantee is that this bunch of crooks will continue to string me along. I don’t want your product. I can already hear the standard reply of “no refunds” but they will give me credit so I can purchase again. I want my money. I am usually leary of ordering crap from Facebook and this is why. Sprinkle- I don’t want another empty promise. I don’t want to keep waiting. I want my $100 back. In case you missed it, I WANT MY $100 BACK. It works like this people purchase something and the company. They packages the order and then sends it in a timely fashion to the person who made the purchase and PAID FOR IT. That is business 101. Another victim of this what I only assume is a scam at this point. Took the money. No communication follow up from their “support” or “ customer service” after several attempts. There is now an obvious reason why there is no phone number. Contacting pay pal today to dispute.
