I wasted $100 on individual packets of Chill and Go. They sent a free sample of Sleep. None of this did anything for me. The tiny bit of an elevated feeling was also not at all fast acting.

They also advertise fast shipping and their policies page states that orders ship in 72 hours. That was not my experience at all. They created a label after 72 hours and then it sat for two weeks before UPS actually had the package.

So one-star because I can’t leave a zero star review. I wish I hadn’t bothered with this and had just used the $100 I spent to stock up on edibles that I know for certain will work. Next time I’ll use a retailer that will actually ship to me according to their marketing and policies.

So, in response to my disappointed review, Sprinkle's, I guess, AI answer said they responded to me and corrected the situation. All false! This company is the worst! Not even a conformation of order email...nothing!

I use Sprinkle Restore to help with sleep, and it works. I'm very happy with the results.

Just do it!

I ordered mine Sept 1st and it says it shipped but the tracking just shows that a label was created. I sent an email but got no response. I am worried that I have been scammed.
Update. I still haven’t received my product. I checked the tracking and it has been cancelled by the seller. I would like a refund of the balance of my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is a SCAM!!! Don’t worry about not getting your order, it does absolutely nothing anyway. No refunds. No response, other than maybe an automated response. I’m not sure if they are still even in business. Stay Away.

Love sprinkle. It’s convenient and easy to use. I love the bulk package because it leaves me in control. I can put it on anything. Even sprinkling it on meals and salads. Great product. Goes in my coffee in the morning. Now part of the ritual. Thanks!

Another Update to share! Happy to report, product received and I have to say I love it! Upgrading review to 4 out of 5 stars because product is excellent! Plan to reorder when product is needed again. If no issues during order process 5⭐ guaranteed! Thank you Sprinkle for following through and making things right!

Update to review! I have upgraded my review from ⭐ to ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ because I am happy to say that Sprinkle got back to me today. They are working with me to straighten out issues with my order. Although their web site is still down, I have very high hopes that everything is going to work out in the long run.

I thought about trying Sprinkle for over a month before giving in. When I finally decided to order, I was excited after reading all the reviews. I went back to check on the status of my order, all the money was taken from my account, but their web site had vanished. I feel the complete fool, and am just disgusted with myself for falling victim to this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They billed my credit card and still haven’t shipped my order. Customer service is awful - I have opened multiple tickets to get shipping information and still nothing. I have tried to get on the website to look at my order and I get a “no secure connection” message. They have not acted in good faith and I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want to throw your money away.

9/22/26 UPDATE: As you see below Sprinkle wanted to help so I provided them with all the information they needed including the order number. I have not heard one word from them - CRICKETS - and I still have not received any shipping information or the product itself. Again - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! It’s a scam!!!!

Takes way too long from ordering to receiving product. Happened the first time and I was okay with it, figured things happen. Tried again, ordered 9/5 now 9/15 and not even prepared. What good is the product if you have to wait forever. Don’t order unless you feel like waiting a month.

My first experience. I left a 3 star review, because like a few other reviewers, my browser warned me that the Sprinkle website may have malicious software, and suggested I do not visit the Sprinkle or 'trySprinkle' sites.

The folk at Sprinkle responded to my concern, sent me a link that let me access and modify my order, and it all happened with no friction.

I endorse their product and organization.

I have been buying this product for months now to aid with sleep. I have a subscription and tried to be proactive an order the next one to ensure I didn't run out. I placed the order on Sept 2nd and recieved the confirmation email. Several days pass and no tracking number. I created a ticket on their "contact us" page twice and did not receive a response. I also sent an email directly to the email provided on their page and still no response. It's now been two weeks since the order was placed and I've not received a single correspondence or update on my order.

Always used “recreational” cannabis products in the past, never knew hemp products could be this good

I grew up in the 70's and have grown tired of alcohol and the problems associated with it. Tried the Spirit and loved the relaxation it created. Iam now a believer. Looking forward to using your other products.

Update: company has reached out and it looks like my order is on the way. I actually feel bad for them, they seem overwhelmed. On any case I've added 2 stars but will update again if product not received timely.
Love this product but the company itself is a disappointment. My last order was placed 9/4, its 9/14 and they are still preparing my order. Mind you, money was received that day as I paid via credit card. Placed an order that same-day with a similar online site and received my order within a few days. This has been my experience with this company since January. No emails to explain these delays. Its just poor business practice and if I could find a similar product I would never deal with this company ever again.

I did receive my second order from Sprinkle after a long delay. After several emails, Sprinkle made it right with an understandable explanation and a generous rebate. I tried the powder this time and I am very happy with it. Assuming Sprinkle gets their logistics issues worked out, I will be ordering from them again.
