Product was dropped shipped from China and arrived only a few days before I was hit with a surprise bill for an automatic subscription that I was never aware of. I immediately contacted them via email, asking them to cancel my subscription, but they went ahead and continued to process payment for a terrible product that I did not want. They responded to my email with begging me to give it another try. I will now be forced to cancel my credit card and get a new one as they will not stop billing me. I received no response from them after inquiring about their 60day no questions asked money back guarantee. Stay away from this company unless you want to be enrolled in eternal billing.

They charge your card monthly even after you cancel the product. I noticed in my shipping info that the product was coming from China so I was worried about trustworthiness of ingredients and decided to cancel. I was charged for 2 months after the cancellation so I'm now out almost $200. They lied to my credit card company and said they show no notice of cancellation even though I have it in writing. So now I'm spending an hour each month back and forth with my cc company to hopefully get the 2 fraudulent charges reversed. Total waste of time for a product I wish I had never ordered.

I ordered shilajit resin from Try Ryne’s. The site indicated that it would take 3-6 days to ship. When 2 weeks went by I contacted the company and asked to cancelled. They said it was on the way and they could not. A few days later I received a shilajit resin but it was not the same as shown on the site. Different package different mg and different ingredients. Although the company said it could be returned they would not cover shipping which I found was not US but in China (this was also not disclosed in ad). The return policy indicated if wrong product they would cover shipping but they argued I just got the generic brand. I am now struggling to find the site I ordered from and they no longer will respond to my emails.

Total SCAM! Ordered the bone supplement & when it finally arrived, of course it was from China. They will honor their 90 day money guarantee & provide you a return address if you pay to ship it back to China which is more than the actual purchase price & they will not give you a US address although it has a US address on the pkg that was mailed. When I asked for a US address to return it to or a shipping label to return it to the China address provided, they stated that there’s no US address & they have no shipping labels! COMPLETE SCAM! Please do not waste your time or money!

There are 2 company's with the same label Rynse and Volera. So there is no communication what so ever. They say email but, they dont get back with you. Stupid me spent 150.00 for 6 under the Volera name and then found buy 3 get 3 under the Rynse name for 104.00

I have weak bones and fell for the long story sales story of how good this product was. Ordered a 3 for the price of 2. Yep, same as all the others, took forever. I am a patient person but was hard to get tracking details. Eventually got them and surprise surprise China! Red flags!!

When product came it was in a generic white bag, no logo, different package design. God knows what is in there!! I asked for refund due to these reasons. They gave an excuse about them being a small company and can't afford to put logo on product....ppphhhffff!!

Repeated my rights, asked for refund and return labels at no cost to myself. Crickets and tumbleweeds!!

My bank is now investigating a chargeback so they can force them to refund. Don't let them get away with it!! I hate thieves!!

scam, first order was for one item of goat milk,it arrived two months later, in the meantime, TryRynse or SP Rynse ordered more in June and July, those each arrived in a month. Somehow they structred their email notes about the orders to go to spam, so I only discovered it very late in this process. Now I find there is noway to cancel the subscription online, also no phone number or location or names to reference, only an email that I've not gotten a response yet. Do not buy!!!!

I agree with the others....totally bogus company. The website is very minimal but boasts 10,000+ 5 star reviews. I ordered it. Then emailed trying to find out where it was sourced and processed from/at specifically. I got minimal responses. I emailed multiple times then in checking tracking I see that it comes from China?!?!?! When I emailed to ask about that they said it was for logistics Again?????Seriously they said it was sourced in Australia never said where it was actually processed then it ships from China??? When I finally received the product weeks after order and MANY emails with questions the return label said a persons name and an address in IL AGAIN?!?!?!? Ships from China but then is repackaged in IL I googled the address and it was some random building no clue why it had a persons name. When I sent yet another email asking about this they gave some very lame excuse
I decided I was not going to use it based on the deceptive communication I had received. When I asked for a refund because it wasnt opened etc....met all their criteria they said they would refund but I had to ship it back. When I went to mail it it was going to cost more to ship it back than I paid for the product AND it would only track to customs not to the place it came from
I emailed again giving the new information and asking for a refund they replied they had to ask management. After no response I emailed again and they said they were very sorry but no they would not refund the return shipping but would refund the purchase price if I returned it BUT I can't guarantee it would ever get to wherever it needs to go to get a refund
This is by far the craziest think I've ever heard and I am very frustrated that I did not research this better. I hope this helps someone else from falling for their deceptive marketing and false representation!!!
I cannot see how they have sooooo many 5 stars reviews on their website when all of these reviews are like mine...The company is terrible!!!!!! I wish I could post this somewhere so people who are looking at their site could see what they really are.

I placed an order on July 7 and still have not received the product as of August 14. Customer service has been non responsive and I’ve requested a refund (guess what, no response). Although the product looked promising, I highly discourage anyone from purchasing from this company.

Agree with everyone else. This place is a total scam. Yes, they sign you up for a subscription and then there is no way to manage the timing of shipments or to cancel the subscription on their website.

I got a notification that the second batch was ready to ship and I hadn't even gotten the first one!

Because yes - apparently it ships from China, which is not mentioned anywhere, so it takes like a month?

I emailed immediately to request that they cancel my subscription and refund my card. They were responsive initially and said they would cancel my subscription and credit my card. It does appear that they cancelled the subscription (as far as I can tell on their janky website), but I have not received a credit to my card, 12 days later. I reported it to my credit card company.

I eventually received the initial order, about 5 days after the above interaction. And as others said, am totally suspect of it, and ended up throwing it out.

I normally look at Trustpilot or other sources for unknown-to-me companies, but I guess we all have our weak moments.

I ordered this product from their site and it took a long time to arrive. When it arrived the package was so messed up and unprofessional. It said that it was from China. That is a big red flag already. There were codes all over the nutritional info. Another red flag. I emailed the company and questioned them about where the product was from. Hesitant to try it. They reassured me that the product is ok. I tried it, it was so watery and clear and not white and creamy as they stated. It tasted like watered down condensed milk. It was sweet. Contacted the company, they told me to add more tablespoon to get the result. No it was still the same. I requested a refund and they gave me two choices to send it back to a china address at my expense or take a 40 per cent off and they will refund the difference if I just keep it. It's been a long while now and I haven't heard or seen a refunded total back. I have given up on them. I think this is a total scam. Don't get fooled like I did.

This site is a scam. Stay away! Find somewhere else to buy goat milk. They sign you up for a subscription. And then you cannot cancel. Their Manage Subscription link on their site does not work. And their phone number goes to voicemail where the mailbox is always full. Also, the product took over a month to arrive. And it does not look fresh! The powered milk is YELLOW. And the nutrition facts on the pouch are covered with a QR code sticker that cannot be removed. So, it's impossible to even know what's in the product.

Do not order from Canada. My order was rejected at the border as "not compliant with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Animal Health import requirements." Nice reply after first enquiry about missing delivery date by two weeks, but no followup. One week later I rec'd letter of rejection from Cdn Food Inspection Agendy. Two requests for refund of payment. Still no reply or reimbursement 52 days from order.

This company is very suspect to me. Their website does not have any information other than the product. I'm pretty sure it came from China as it took several weeks to get to me. It comes as a white powder but when you add water it turns clear and it tastes like sugar water. Ingredients list goat milk powder but there's a very very slight Taste of goat milk but mostly sugar.
