Angelie helped me through a complicated…

Angelie helped me through a complicated situation of me hitting auto refill before I really got a chance to test the product throughly. I received another shipment and was caught off guard and wasn’t very happy about getting another shipment before I tried the product. Angelie walked me through how to go and cancel my auto refill and gave me the option to try it now for the period I wanted to with no obligation to the refill yet. We decided if I wasn’t satisfied I would see if any of my friends wanted to try it that way keeping the product, and if not I could return it for the refund. She was very nice to deal with and helped me out 100%. She turned a bad situation into a good one. Thank you Angelie

Absolutely scammed on this product, the 5 star reviews are paid reviews when you put it into A.I it will also tell you not to trust this company...They continue to sell me the product...I have over 2 years supply sold to me in 4 months and its not the real strength

First, we want to clarify that Rovina does not pay for fake reviews. All reviews are submitted voluntarily by real customers based on their personal experiences with both our products and customer support. We respect every customer’s opinion, whether positive or negative.

After reviewing your concern, we understand that you feel you received more product than expected within a short period of time. The recurring orders were generated under the subscription option selected during checkout, which is clearly disclosed throughout the customer journey, including before checkout, during checkout, in confirmation emails, and inside the customer account portal. However, we never lock customers into subscriptions, and customers may cancel anytime through the portal or by contacting our support team.

We also want to assure you that our products are manufactured in FDA-registered and GMP-certified facilities and go through quality control processes to ensure product consistency and safety.

We’ve already reached out to you directly to further review and address your concerns regarding your account and orders. Kindly reply to our message so we can work toward a proper resolution for you.

This is a great company with great…

This is a great company with great customer service. They dont ask they just do whatever to satisfy the customer. Kat helped me out today, I requested a refund after I believe the product was already sent out. She still went ahead and gave me a discounted refund. If you email them they respond promptly. The product I have a subscription for is Astaxanthin and its amazing for my overall health and my skin is getting so firm and glowy.

Don’t purchase from this company!

We were scammed into a subscription after making a one time purchase. We have sent numerous emails trying to get the subscription cancelled but we continue to be charged. We tried submitting a claim to our credit card company to stop the automatic payments and they even sent us a new card. But because of the digital footprint, Rovina continues to charge us. Now it seems their online site is closed.

My purchase was for what I thought was…

My purchase was for what I thought was a "One-Off" purchase, NOT an ongoing subscription. I have been billed for a second batch, which I have yet to receive in-spite notifying them not to send further and for them to remove the pending charge, which was ignored.
I have come to the conclusion that this is just a scam to steal, and, if you have to steal to sell a product well "god knows" what is in the actual product, after all it is a "RED" pill, and not to be trusted.
I believe the only way to keep them out of my account is to cancel and renew my credit card details and I would Advice anyone with same problem to do the same.
FURTHER TO THE ABOVE:
I am pleased to say that I have been refunded AU$67 as @ 9/6/26, and hope for no further mis-understandings.

Miya is worth her weight in gold

Miya is worth her weight in gold. The Customer service I received with her was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in that arena. To begin with, she answered the first email that I sent immediately. She also knew that I was not happy because I made that very clear. But she stayed pleasant, patient, and after multiple conversations with me, she completely solved my problems and resolved all my issues without me ever feeling that she wasn’t trying her best to make me happy.
