It took about 4 weeks to really kick for me. 1 soft gel a day, and really felt the difference.

I took one soft gel each day, and after about four weeks I felt it fit well into my daily routine.

They do NOT honor their return policy! I broke out in hives after taking their product and they will NOT REFUND ME! They claim satisfaction with their cinnamon. Having hives is unsatisfactory!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Here is the email trail back and forth. The lie to you. They are thieves

Charged $200. Never received the product. Total scam.

Purchased these Ceylon cinnamon capsules. I have seen no difference over a 2-month period in my blood sugar levels.
Trying to cancel the subscription is problematic; their page continually comes up with an error.
Have emailed their support.
If I get a reply, I will update this review.
UPDATE: I have received an email stating that my subscription has been cancelled. So I have updated my rating to 3 from 2. This product may work for some people, but not for me.
