Non delivery, ordered on 11th September, sent 5 emails to them as no contact number available, with no reply. Non existent customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS seem like it’s a scam.will be contacting bank to recall payment

Absolutely amazing product and service

Totally fraud not get any parcel till yet ordered one month ago

I've been using Puro for over a month now and I feel it's helped in focus / concentration and energy levels plus my stress levels seem to have lowered noticeably. It could be coincidence but . . .

They're easy to take, taste great and generally really convenient. I'd recommend everyone to at least try them!

Coincidence or not, since taking Puro, I have not felt this good in a long time. It's been a while since hitting the gym and am now back, and doing it regularly. Loads of energy, T-Levels are up and the wife is happy too!!

I've ordered on the 11th September. Got an email straight away that it's not in stock and will be received with a delay. Demanded refund and very next day got a fake tracking number that never worked. Today, 3 weeks later I've received 4 different tracking numbers all fake. No response from seller. Don't waste your money on them they are fraudsters.

Really good Shilajit. Best effects, Great taste unlike some of the competitors. Thank you Trypuro!

Read the other reviews and was a bit shocked. Yes product took some time to arrive but patience is a virtue a lack of this probably indicates you should be taking these gummies to calm you down.
In my opinion, the taste great, a wee chewy sweetie! Have i felt a difference, yes feel that cognitively i am a bit sharper and not as forgetful. Have lost over 40 pounds in weight this year before taking gummies so early days yet as to the effect they may have. All in all a positive experience.

Have taken money, have not delivered item, no communication, it's really a big scam, im super mad at myself for not reading these reviews before I purchased, but I was desperate. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered on the 6/9/24 and I am still waiting for them friday will be 3 weeks...
reading other reviews on here if they ever arrive I have a feeling I'm going to be completely "underwhelmed"

Do not buy from this company. Still waiting g over a week for the supply. No response from the company and invalid tracking number. This company is a scam

This company is totally unethical

They take your money - don’t have product - when you ask for a refund they won’t provide it -

They then say it’s shipped with no proof

Nothing arrives - just don’t buy from them and then there is no problem

Great product

Been taking this shilijit gummies for 1 month, I'm already seeing the benefits from them from losing 1 stone in weight and feeling great. Couldn't recommend them enough there brilliant.

Essentially a fraudulent product. Comes from China, tastes terrible, does nothing and their customer support will not acknowledge the money back guarantee that is listed clearly on their website.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don't buy it, it is way too expensive for what you are getting.

Here are the facts.

You have to have extremely good eyesight to read what is written on the box/carton/tube. I had to take a photo and enlarge it.

The chances are that this was an impulse buy. You saw it on a TikTok or some social media platform and bought it.

Daily dosage:

I was expecting a block the same size as an OXO cube, but no, is the a quarter size of an OXO cube, it is very small.

According to Medical News Today "A safe daily dosage of shilajit is between 250 to 1,000 mg"

TRYPuro, offer 30 days worth but their daily amount is only 100mg of shalijit per portion, so you would have to have 3 portions per day to reach the daily minimum as recommended by Medical News Today, which then means that your 30 day stash is now down to 10 days!

The 30 day money back guarantee is worthless.

Because the item is a food, the distance selling cooling off period doesn't come into play.

We did try to cancel the order but they said that it couldn't be cancelled because it was already shipped.

I purchased 3 months worth which in reality is just 30 days. I will try them and come back and let you know, as long as I havent died :-)

Fraud... .....

No 30 day money back
not made in the usa
made/shipped from china, so will not be eating them, god knows whats in them!!!!
all reviews are fake, as there is no where to leave one on the site.

Funds taken from my account for purchase made, no confirmation given so cant track my order, have been waiting two weeks for delivery and still no sign. Have emailed the company via their contact which they say they will respond too asap but still no response - beginning to think i've been duped.

Taking ages to get delivered, still not delivered
