The product made everything better but shipping took awhile

This gift really made my girlfriend so happy. It led to a full day of smiles every time she looked down and look forward to ongoing memories.

It came just like the photo, rose and neckelss. The engravings were correct and clear. It hasn’t faded or rusted since I’ve had it. And my partner loves it thankyou pheromania

The gift that was received as perfect as expected. It was amazing and delivery was faster than anticipated.

I ordered the rose and necklace on February 15 2024 and never received the item. Tried to contact and never got any response or help.

Regarding the GIFT, I give it a 5 star. It was special. However, the essence of the GIFT was missed. The GIFT was for valentine but sadly it was delivered on Mar 21st 2024, even though it was ordered on Feb 3rd 2024

The product was accurate, my significant other loved the gift.

The item purchased arrived a whole month late despite ordering early enough in advance. Don't advertise for a valentines gift if you cannot deliver in time.

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to warn potential customers about my horrendous experience with Pheromania. I ordered an Eternal Promise Rose from this website, only to never receive it. What's worse, my attempts to communicate via email were met with deafening silence.

Pheromania is nothing more than a dodgy Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate online retailer. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises are clear indicators of their shady business practices.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Pheromania like the plague. Don't make the mistake I did. Take your business elsewhere, where you'll actually receive the products you pay for and the customer service you deserve.

ordered on January 22 and now it's already April 11 and still no package or what so ever, don't buy.
it's a scam they wont even answer the messages you'll send them.

If there was a negative rating (below zero) that would be the one they deserve. Totally unprofessional customer service. Very poor delivery time, not matching the ones mentioning on their site. Amateur scammers. Do not bother buying.

Ordered a gift for my woman on February 2nd. It's now April 5th. I've emailed the company and haven't gotten a reply. No communication the shipping labels took forever to be created and now my package is stuck in a place called "New York, Nebraska." Just want something done or be acknowledged by the company at this point.
