Vorsicht bei dieser Firma. Ich habe meine Bestellung bereits am 3. Juli bezahlt. Bis heute wurde die Ware nicht geliefert. Außerdem habe ich den Kundenservice bereits kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten. So geht man mit zahlenden Kunden nicht um. Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich eine Bestellung bei dieser Firma leider nicht empfehlen.

Bestelling geplaatst en betaald, maar nooit geleverd. Daarnaast reageren ze ook niet op mijn e-mails. Erg teleurstellende ervaring en slechte klantenservice. Ik raad af om hier iets te bestellen.
Update: 17-8 - hoop beloftes worden er gedaan maar ze komen niets na.. levering nog steeds niet binnen! Schandalig dat deze site gewoon kan blijven bestaan!

I ordered perfumes 28.06 (order 3838). 12.07 I received a message with number of parcel. I've been checking my parcel all this time, and till today a status is Parcel not found. I wrote several letters, but still no answer
UPD: The seller finally got in touch and refunded my money.

Wel cashen, niks leveren...
Eind mei enkele testers besteld. 6 Juni bericht gekregen dat mijn pakket is aangemeld bij PostNL met een track&trace code. Ondertussen is het 6 Juli en het pakket is nogsteeds niet door PostNL ontvangen. Contact formulier gebruikt om te vragen wat er mis gaat maar hier wordt geen gehoor aan gegeven.
Als je gebakken lucht wilt kopen zit je bij deze tent goed. Wil je parfum testers, zoek dan een daadwerkelijke webshop.
