Like many of the others who have commented, this site tried to charge me a recurring charge every month that I did not authorize. This merchant is a scam artist. Stay away.

Beware,
They have automatically signed you up to a subscription for this product & take next payment within 2 weeks of receiving order.
No clear policy on how to cancel
Another scam site.
You can purchase similar products from Amazon
Shipping is also very long (4 weeks for me)

Trynuvel.com is not the site you want to use. There are several people who just like me have been automatically subscribed to a shitty deal and even surcharged more than the original amount. There site has no clear explanation for what many are “accidentally” signing up to. I don’t believe it is all a coincidence i believe it is all planned out for many people to be in this exact situation because even contacting them to cancel they ONLY have an email and NO phone number which is suspicious enough but no adress or warehouse or manufacturing company location is given. Please be aware a avoid many sites just like this!!!

The product arrived a little late, and one item was missing from the package. Customer service was very helpful and has already solved the problem. Thank you very much!

My order has entered the 6th week with no information on date of delivery. Am very much disappointed in the company.
Secondly,I did not initiate a second order yet another was debited to my account claiming it was under subscription option.
I don't know anything about subscription option and I did not option for it.
How on earth will i repeat an order for a product which I have not used before and doesn't know know its efficacy?
Moreover, the order i made is yet to be delivered after 6 weeks of waiting.
As a result of this delay I will request a refund of the second debit since I i have gone another product from 21st century Co.ltd

I have been in contact with the company, and they have been ultra accommodating and helpful.
I have received all the order, and the company processed a refund!
Wonderful customer service.
In addition, I am now on day 8 of using the product and can already feel the difference.
Delivery issues aside (which have now been resolved), it is a product well worth trying for those suffering with MS!

This company is a scam artist. Be careful. I ordered. their product through Shopify as a standard order, no subscription. I took screen shots off the ordering process and also checked with my Shopify account to make sure that the order was a single order tp test the product and for no subscription. The first issue was that I never received the order after one month. Then TryNuvel charged my card again one month later but the second time they charged my card a much higher amount. I contacted them and complained to them about the scam that they are running but they haven't reversed the charge. So my next step is to contact the attorney general in our state, file a fraud complaint with Shopify, and contact our credit card company to file a fraud complaint. It looks like they have been running this same scam on other customers. I've noticed that there are various complaints about them online where they are running this same scam. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered on 14 February. Still not delivered and they took another order off on 14 March. Seems like a total scam.
