Do not recommend! I have done a few tests for this company but they were marked upload failed, even though the screen showed 100% Upload complete. There is no recourse and of course you can’t upload the test again. Don’t waste your time, they will just steal your work and you will get no compensation in return.

I've been trying the platform for about 2 weeks and it is anything but good, just a waste of time.

there support is really bad before you get a mail to write too you would struggle and after getting the mail you will not get a response my account was deactivated for no reason neither did i get an email stating why

The info they provide to do the test is not clear. Apparently use the BBC site to find info but that was not mentioned. My video I was told the webcam did not need to be on but then rejected because it was not on. Constant issues with human verification. Do yourself a favour and move on.

Scam, like most others here say. They reject every test, unless you're of the nationality of the people giving it 5-star reviews on here.

Just a bunch of scammers collecting your personal data including your face recording, income info, age gender etc etc.

At first it seemed like a genius company that would pay you to do tasks or tests for an hour and pay you almost an average hourly wage. I did 2 tests neither were paid off, their customer support team said "The money was sent, it's not our problem if you didn't receive it". Problem is that PayPal never notified me of a payment. So the money was returned to them, never got compensated and worked for free. I don't mind the time and effort but at least try to compromise. There are companies similar to TryMata, that notify you if the payment was blocked and to reach out to them so they can try again.... Honestly not a good look at all.

This company is the definition of incompetence. The site regularly crashes, prototypes hardly work, and customer service is a joke. I have taken several tests on this platform that failed to upload and was never compensated for my time and effort.

I did a few tests with them, and the pay was $10 for a 20 minute test. They then started rejecting my test and not paying. They continued sending emails to take a test and had lowered the pay to $5. I took another test to see that the time assigned for the test 20minutes had 27 questions to answer and I did not finish on time as you are told not to rush, I tried again and got a similar test from the same organisation still with the same pay, questions and time limit. This time I finished the test and it got rejected as I was told I rushed. I have been doing this for many years now and this is the first company that treats it's testers like this. This is a scam and should be reported. Stay away!

Guys you need to read between the lines and see what nationality is giving them a good review , the site is only for people of that nationality this is where the site originates from. Your good review gets used for the customer, you dont get paid, they make money and pay out to a certain nationality, so its a win win for them you do the work, they get paid.

I tested a mobile game, making sure to always give detailed and honest feedback, and speaking loud and clearly. As I am supposed to, and already learned through many other testing platforms.
They rejected the test, withholding my payment, and told me that the written feedback part is missing, which is a complete lie. The written feedback was even right there in the test summary.
There is no way of contacting anyone, neither Trymata nor the developers of the game. No way for me to object to the rejection of my test.
After reading the other reviews I saw that I am far from being the only one to whom this happened.
At this point I deleted my account. What an utter waste of time.

Signed up and did the qualification test but there was an issue with the recorder. Customer service have no interest in helping despite the fact this is clearly their issue, not mine. I have never had problems like this on any other user testing websites.

Doing some research online I found a lot of other people have glitches with this site which leads to them not getting paid. I also discovered the site offers some of the lowest payouts and highest test times compared to other similar websites, so it may be a blessing that it broke for me so early on. 100% not worth the hassle.
