Easy and good communication

I love hampr - best laundry service out there and I’ve tried them all. None of the others come close to the customer support offered by hampr. They are the only laundry company that offers real-time in-app chat - not just email. I am a long time loyal hampr user!

Amazing customer support and service. I love getting my laundry back fresh and folded - ready to be put away!

The service delivered exactly what it promised - clean laundry delivered when I needed it. I've found a washer that I like and place with her everytime.

Really thought I found help, so I checked reviews saw a few that was in the customer service department and after reading how it was solved I thought it will be fine, well setup service and ordered first load for pickup, it was told to me that they could not find the apt number because I had not included it. Well after looking at my account I did include it took snap shot of my account with information, and sure enough no apology no trying to fix problem just admits to seeing it. But that’s it and not charged a rejection fee I would need to order again. Even though they messed up and with utter apathy’s just agreed to cancel membership this is the worse customer service. But it did lead me to poplin so thank you.

But I did

I worked for Hampr as a Washr. I received a complaint that my clothes had a “strong urine odor,” which was literally impossible as I kept everything completely separated in a different room. They just didn’t want to pay for their laundry. And Hampr refused to pay me for a days worth of work. They don’t care at all about their employees and there is no quality control of customers.

Frustrated by Hampr's Unreliable Service

Hampr had the potential to be a lifesaver, but unfortunately, it's fallen short. The constant issue of orders rolling over because they aren't picked up for days is incredibly frustrating. This supposed convenience ends up creating more chaos.

Here's the problem: you rely on Hampr to take care of your laundry, but when orders keep getting skipped, you're left with piles of dirty clothes and no clean ones. This defeats the entire purpose of using a laundry service.

If you're considering Hampr, be aware that you might end up waiting for days, scrambling for clean clothes, and potentially having to find alternative solutions at the last minute. It's not a reliable service for those who truly depend on getting their laundry done on schedule.

I never realized how much laundry was draining my mental load until I outsourced everything to hampr.

I would pull clean clothes directly from the dryer for a week before finally deciding to fold everything (the 4 things left), I would rewash a load 3 times because I would forget to move the load from the washer to the dryer, and of course, if I had pulled the clean clothes out of the dryer, I would end up sleeping next to them for over a week.

The service is reasonably priced, I LOVE my washer and my daughter is able to load and unload her hampers with ZERO fuss. Sending hangers with my loads was an absolute GAME CHANGER.
