App is easy to read and understand and has many features that break down and show you activity, sleep, mood, heart rate, HRV, Blood oxygen, stress level, temperature along with tracking of your menstrual cycle. I charged on Saturday morning to 97% and is at 17% by Monday so battery life will probably be 2-3 days depending on use but the portable charging case comes in handy for charging and when charging connected to the direct charger it seems to take 1.5 hour for charge. Comparable to gen 3 oura in size and feel and look of the actual ring. App is just simpler with less break downs and items like tags to add etc. price is equivalent to value received for the app and product.

i’ve had my ring about a week and 8 absolutely love it. it’s a beautiful design and fits great. I am a size 8.5 and purchased a size 9. I get lots of compliments. Love that it tracks my steps and my sleep. it was super easy to download the app and sync to my phone. i was able to use it about 3 hours after it arrived. Worth every penny.

I got my Halo ring, in a sparky silver style, about a week ago and honestly, I love it! Not only it’s so pretty, stylish but it also functions just like the Oura ring. If not, better!!! I don’t have to pay for any membership and Halo even sent me a couple of fashion rings as a gift. Besides the ring, I also got portable charger box and it’s so convenient. I highly recommend this over Oura!!

I appreciate the cost of this ring and all that it measures. It has helped me tremendously in my sleeping patterns and how I can improve my sleep. I also appreciate that it keeps track of my heart rate, stress, blood oxygen level and so much more. I also appreciate that they sent me a silicone cover, travel case, charger and two other rings included in the price.

The Halo ring has been great for me in tracking my health, sleep and my stress management. I actually got the wrong size and their customer service was fast and gave me options to decide from to fix the issue which was very helpful. I am very happy with the ring and the deal I received to be able to get the correct size ring ordered.

It’s not the best but it’s okay. It tracks main details… when the app actually connects to the ring. I’ve been in touch with customer service and they do respond within 24-48 hours, which is nice. The ring itself is very attractive, fits well, and is comfortable to wear. I have people asking me about it all the time.

I ordered my daughter & myself a Halo Smart ring. She wanted silver & I got the white floral. My order was received in a couple of weeks. They both fit perfectly. It tracks steps, sleep, Heart rate, body temp, stress etc. I emailed Customer Service when mine wasn’t charging. I wasn’t closing the lid when charging & this fixed my problem.

I have enjoyed wearing the ring even though it is a little bulky it does not feel uncomfortable on. I am mainly using it to track and sleep. I feel like the ring tracks pretty accurate. There have been a few nights that I know I have woken up and it has not picked that up but I am giving it time to track my patterns. I am not using the ring to track my cycle.

The Halo Ring 4 is incredibly comfy and slim. I love the free companion app with no subscription fees. It tracks my steps, heart rate, and sleep metrics accurately, and the battery easily lasts 4 to 5 days! Full disclosure, was refunded for testing this out, but these thoughts are 100% my own. I ordered my ring a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to receive it in the mail so I could try it out! I was immediately impressed by the quality of the ring and the data that I was able to get just from wearing it for a few minutes. I’ve slept with it the past couple of nights and have been able to understand more about the quality of my sleep just from wearing this ring. I’ve been working really hard to improve my sleep and this ring is a great way to understand what is and isn’t working. I really love the sleek design and love that I didn’t have to spend almost $500 to get the same information.
