I ordered this ring bc I wanted to track my sleep, HR, and activity levels. This ring could do all that without taking a large sum out of my wallet! I’ve had my ring for probably 2 weeks now. It’s waterproof as promised, I can wash my hands and not worry about damaging it. I wish I had gotten one size up bc my fingers swell at night so I can only wear it on my middle finger bc it will be too tight in the morning on any other finger but that’s my bad. I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 bc I have to charge the ring every 3ish days and I was expecting it to last closer to 5.

I’ve had my Halo Smart Ring for a month - I am not receiving any incentive for my purchase, and this is my honest review. I like the simplicity of the design, and the fact that it charges quickly, and syncs to the app easily. The order process was easy, and it came within a couple of weeks. I like the look of the band and the fact you don't need to subscribe to an app to capture your data. It captures more of my steps over my apple watch - i wear my watch on my right wrist and ring on my left hand middle finger for context. For anyone considering a fitness ring, i encourage you to do your own due diligence but keep the Halo Smart Ring as an option.

I think I got scammed. The lack of communication from their customer service is concerning as to if it’s actually a real company. I used the websites AI measuring tool twice and ordered the size that it suggested. I received the ring a couple of days ago and it was gigantic. I sent a message to customer support to inquire about an exchange. I received a response the next afternoon and was told that I would have to pay international shipping fees, wait 3 plus weeks for them to inspect and process it and if it was deemed acceptable they would do the exchange (from what I saw the website made returns/exchanges appear simple). They offered an alternative of 50% off a ring and I keep the one I have. I didn’t love that solution but it seemed like that was the only thing that I could reasonably do. I said I’d take the 50% off code. Did not receive it. I sent another message asking if the lifetime warranty I purchased for the original ring would apply to the new one I purchased. Still no reply. I have no idea if the ring even works as I didn’t activate anything or download the app due to immediately knowing the ring size wouldn’t work for me. As it stands now I’m out $100 and stuck with a ring I can’t use. Very disappointing. This was a splurge for me.

I absolutely love this ring it is just like any other smart ring!! It fits very very well and I loved that they also give you super cute rings to go around it!

I got my ring today and it’s BEAUTIFUL. The app seems a little less put together than the Oura ring, but I’m 100% satisfied for the price!

I absolutely love my Halo ring! I always get comments of “is that an oura ring?” Yes! But more affordable:) I got the Halo ring because I have some underlying health issues and wanted to see if there was any information I could get from the ring. And it gave me so much! I’m throughly impressed!

The charging case and everything that came with the ring is great. It is a little confusing for set up because there’s a Halo app but that’s not that app that works with this ring. Otherwise the look of the ring is great. I haven’t had it long enough to know if the sleep is that accurate but so far it has been fairly accurate. I wear my ring on my thumb and not first finger.

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I have told many not to buy this ring after my experience. I am with many others - used the site's measurement tools to find the right ring size. Once they finally arrived, my husband's was too large. Immediately attempted to exchange and was told that I had two options: Ship back to manufacturer to inspect (1-1.5 weeks) at my own cost. After that, the new size will be process and shipped, which takes 10 days. So entire process would take 3-3.5 weeks, as well as all shipping cost. Second option, keep the ring and then they would provide a 50% discount for the correct ring. After a couple weeks, I receive a message that if I leave 5 star reviews, with the box pictured and 150 characters on Trustpilot and Reddit. That was just my customer service experience. My ring itself states I take steps when I am simply typing, which sure I aggressively type some times but come on. For sleep tracking (which is really why I bought it), it is all over the place. The first night it was pretty on point but the nights after it would state 30 minutes total sleep or 2 hours, very random times. I highly suggest people save up and get the Oura ring. This one is junk.

Easy purchase process and an unbeatable price. I love the way the ring looks and feels on my hand. It doesn’t use a proprietary app but it really doesn’t matter. Don’t pass up on this ring!

I received my Halo Ring in a matter of a couple of days. I like that you can track the shipment. The things I like about my Halo Ring are it is water resistant even you forget to take it off while washing your hands you are safe. I love love that it tracks my sleep and gives you an overview of the type of sleep you get REM, or deep sleep. Also it tracks your steps. Another important aspect it notifies you when the ring is low on charge. It keeps a good charge for 3 to 4 days. I highly recommend The Halo Ring if you want good quality and precision

I’ve been really happy with the Halo Smart Ring so far. I wasn’t sure what to expect at this price point, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The silver looks really nice and goes with everything without looking too much like a fitness tracker.

The app is easy to use, and I like being able to check all of my stats in one place. I’ve compared the readings with my smartwatch, and they’ve been pretty much in line with each other, which is great.

If you’re interested in trying a smart ring but don’t want to spend a ton of money on your first one, I think this is a great option. It has plenty of useful features, looks good, and gives you a chance to see if a smart ring is something you’ll actually enjoy using. Definitely a great starter smart ring for the price!

DO NOT trust this company!! I waited three weeks only to be delivered an empty box! This is absolute bs! And they seemed so trustworthy. I want a refund asap!

I love my Halo ring. It is comfortable to wear and stylish. It is not bulky and not too thin. I purchased the rose gold which i like. It is not too rosey but just enough and very close to gold as it can be. I love how it tracks the different features. I especially love how it tracks my sleep and activities. I have had it for a few months now and enjoy it. I have purchased other smart rings and nothing compares to this one. I also like the silicone band it came with. It protects the metal well and gives the option to change the color when needed. It is true to size for me. I usually wear a size 8/9. I like to wear it on my pointer finger. My ring was delivered fairly quickly and the packaging was very nice. I recommend this smart ring to everyone. I am also going to purchase it for my husband.

When my ring arrived I charged it and it does everything it says it does HR, O2sat, sleep tracking, stress management and so much more. The ring itself is beautiful and fashionably discreet. I’m looking forward to getting multiple colors and the designed ones.
