Fi is a great help for me. I only let my dog go out alone first thing in the morning and Fi allows me to monitor his movements. He rarely leaves his home area but it immediately alerts if he does and I can give a whistle for him to return. We enjoy the step counting and are on our third 200+ day streak. It's my favorite weight control method and my dog appreciates the outings. Fi gives me peace of mind.

Love that we can track our pup's activity level, sleep, steps in addition to knowing when she travels out of her home zone. Gives us great peace of mind that should she get loose, we'll have a greater chance of tracking her successfully. We've had the collar for about 2 months and love it so far.

The Fi collar has stopped giving me the daily walk’s update. This morning as I walked with Bandit with my phone on it only showed me a walk from two days ago.

I needed help and customer service actually helped which is rare in this day.

Tracking is not very good. I ended up getting a “real” gps collar that I use in tandem with the Fi since I paid for a whole year. The “real” gps collar is one second behind my dog at all times (fi is five minutes behind my dog) the “real” gps collar follows him AND me, and works when there is no service and even on airplane mode (fi doesn’t work if you don’t have service and you will get lost, and It just shows where I went, not where my dog went). The “real” gps collar (the one that actually works and follows every step my dog takes) has NO MONTHLY FEE, so I will not be renewing my fi subscription. In fact, I kind of hate Fi because they are making a boatload of money for a product that doesn’t even work well compared to real gps collars that don’t even have a monthly fee. Some people call that a scam, just saying. And that dog Django? With 7million steps in 30 days? Is anyone calling animal cruelty on these people that are making their dog run 230,000+ steps per day every single day??? People don’t like that crap.

The walking track information shown is very seldom accurate. Sometimes it is WILDLY INACCURATE! I've spent hours documenting the problems and sending screenshots, verbal descriptions, etc. in to Fi and they cannot get the issue fixed. To their credit, they seem to have tried. But they say the line drawing is a "Third Party App" and they cannot fix it. The "Lost Dog" mode seems to work (they say they do not use the Third Party App for that).

THE representative addressed all my questions and followed up with email to give technical information and instructions.

We love our Fi Collar so much! With Coco being my service dog it’s nice to be able to see how much activity vs rest she is getting as I am constantly on the move.

Tracks my dogs as it describes. Rarely have used lost mode but when you get it to load (which may take a period of time) it’s live tracking is true. The boundaries that you set within the app for dog safe spaces work well to. Used it for about 2-3 years and will continue to; I’m happy with it.

Having the FI collar on my dog gives me the peace of mind of knowing if he gets loose, I can track him and get him back home sooner.

We love having the security of knowing where our dogs are. Wonderful service that isn’t overly expensive. Charges last multiple days. And the app is always improving!

Great customer service, great product. Makes me feel secure that our dog is safe.

I’m very happy with fi. Kona, my German shepherd Husky mix hasn’t escaped since I purchased it. I loved that I could add other family members to help track her. I like all the new features on the upgraded model to track her health. It’s interesting to review the information FI picks up. I loved that FI has a light attached. It gets dark early during the fall and winter so it’s very convenient. A couple of things I’d like to see added would be to have the night light made larger or brighter. Kona has longer hair and it’s hard to see sometimes depending on the position of the collar. I would also like to be able to set the alerts feature to a different tone from my other notifications. If there is a way please let me know.
I enjoy being able to shop at different stores from your app. I found a couple of decorative collars in colors to match the season. I think that’s a nice way to do business.

All in all this is a great product. Tracks very well. I love that is keeps track of our millage on our walks. I use his total steps per day to make sure he is getting enough exercise. It needs to be recharged every 5 to 6 days which is fine. I would recommend this for your dog.

Our Clara Mae got out, I didn't panic with her having the FI collar on. Her recall is horrible but we could track her in real time
The GPS did time out a few times and had to wait for it to come back live, that did take longer than I expected but we received text updates every few minutes until she was finally home. It did the job and has paid for itself in my opinion.

Fi is such an awesome tracker. I also love the new AI stuff. I’m not a fan of AI. But I do like that I get to see when she licks more or scratches more. It’s usually very accurate when things like that increase or decrease and for an anxiety ridden fur mama it’s nice to see it! And the peace of mind having a tracker on my dog. I was hesitant at first to try fi as I seen some people speak negatively. But I switched to fi from another dog tracker and I’m so glad I did! Fi is so reliable. My dog is more than just a dog and a family memeber. She’s also my service dog. So having a tracker gives me added peace of mind. If you’re on the fence about getting a fi collar, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The battery life is awesome. The app is super easy to understand even for my older parents. Thank you Fi!! From a very happy dog mom!
