Do not buy these jeans if you're looking for anything with stretch or control. They have no type of elastic or give in them whatsoever.
ALL SEALS ARE FINAL! NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE PRODUCT SUCKS!
Shame on me for not looking further but can you imagine a company that doesn't accept returns?

The "stretch" jeans, that they advertise DO NOT stretch even an inch. The material is extremely thin. The return policy does not exist. Stay away from these people.

I find it extremely frustrating that even with over 60 very negative reviews, this company continues to advertise (obviously using AI) its ridiculously bad quality, ridiculously small, absolutely no-stretch and no tummy control jeans!!!! I see their adverts constantly on FaceBook and I cannot understand why FaceBook allows these fake companies to advertise on their platform! Does anyone in here know how to stop these fraudulent companies?

I came across these advertised amazing "Holy Grail Jeans" that claimed to have the best stretch fit, with tailored options to customize your jean size for optimal fit and included the prize benefit of 'tummy tuck control'.

I ordered 3 pairs in my original purchase, but prior to completing purchase, was offered a one-time upsell to include another pair for $5 (keep in mind: I came in when they were offering a "ALL JEANS ONLY $10 + shipping" with their limited time promotion).

Rather than adding the upsell into the existing purchase – that hadn't processed, mind you – they created two orders: one for the 3 pairs plus shipping ($44.58), and one for the upsell jeans plus additional shipping ($19.68).

Double-dipped on shipping charges for no reason when this was one, complete order.

Purchase confirmation page stated that upon processing, your bank statement will reflect the charges from BROATTIRE.COM.

Thought to myself: Okay, that must be the main ecommerce company for men and TruCurves must be for women – it happens. It didn't flag for me, as I see this kind of structuring all the time with many reputable online shops.

Shipping took FOREVER. I just received the package October 6th; however, I only received the 3-pair pk as – for some reason – they decided to ship the upsell pair of jeans to our billing address for no apparent reason. I double-checked: information for both were listed to the shipping address provided, so that was frustrating because I had to then coordinate a re-delivery of the SAME product.

I didn't receive my purchase in full until October 7th.

When I opened the packages, it was immediately evident that I absolutely got ripped off.

The jeans? No stretch whatsoever – you can tell the difference a mile away.

Aside from the lack of stretch-fit promised, the jeans looked haggard – like someone had already worn them, and then returned them.

Then, I noticed not a single pair had A SINGLE TAG! I mean, none! They had removed them all, even the washing instructions tags, and the size confirmation tag.

The jeans were literally empty.

Tummy-tuck control? Where did this exist, if at all?

They were lifeless, haggard, rip-offs. I ordered 3 pairs of Size 0-2 and the upsell add-on pair in size 4-6 for my daughter.

There's no way on God's green earth that any of those were size 0-2 - even the size 4-6 pair for my daughter ran large, which is interesting since they should have fit her a little snug if they were truly curve-confirming, stretch-fit jeans.

To top it all off – as of October 8t – I noticed that on October 4th, BroAttire.com decided to dip into my bank account for A THIRD CHARGE of $39.97...completely unauthorized!

So not only did they provide me with a very evident stack of rip-off jeans from someone else's closet – no tags, no handles, no stretch, no tummy-tuck, no fit, no life! – they also double-dipped on shipping charges, and then fraudulently charged my account without permission.

To boot: the website states in their Return/Refund Policy, that under no circumstances will they issue a return or refund unless you were shipped a product that was entirely not what you purchased.

Here's the example they used:
"...We do not offer refunds based on personal preferences.

Examples that qualify for a replacement:

You ordered a dress but received a pair of shoes.

You purchased lipstick but received mascara.

Examples that *do not* qualify:

You ordered a large jacket but feel it fits more like a medium."

According to the language of their policy, my original - and only authorized – purchases do not qualify or count for a replacement or refund.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

Not anything like that fake AI generated video of the jeans. They DO NOT STRETCH AT ALL and they stink. It’s a scam and fraudulent product

Sizing is ridiculously small, there is absolutely no stretch to these jeans. Shipping takes forever. There tracking service for delivery is useless. It shows the same place every time you check on it. I would rate it at 0 if I could.

There is absolutely no way they are true to size. Tummy control idont think so.. I'm normally a 1xl 2xl and I got the 2xl just incase, but I can't get them past my thighs. Idk what they think a 2xl is, but definitely would not recommend these pants unless you're small..then when u ask the company no refunds no exchanges and offer only 30% refund... WOW!

These are the worst jeans I have ever ordered no stretch at all cheap material runs super small have 2 pairs and can.t wear either one terrible product.

Why can't your company be open and upfront about it's $39.99 membership fee? When I tried to search what you get for $39.99 automatically coming out of your account Google isn't even able to answer. Nor AI. I went to ask your website through a search and NOTHING. Hmm. As my teen would say "Sus". Don't Order. If something seems too good to be true - it IS!

I ordered, after I saw shipping costs I immediately cancelled. There reply cam 3 days later and was told could not cancel. Took forever to receive them. When arrived, the size was not true to size, not stretchy as advertised. I messaged them 3 more times about this, and they did reimburse me, but a total of 4 dollars for the 3 pairs. Originally I ordered 2. But their end said 3. When messaged them, they always took a few days for response. Most time 1 1/2"weeks.

Made a mistake on my order but they wouldn't change it, even though I immediately contacted them. When they finally arrived weeks later, they were way too small.. AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! What a ripoff! If purchasing, buy from Amazon rather than the website.

Zero stars. Takes forever to receive and they are not stretchy nor are they the size they claim. Steer cleer!

The ad has a video of a woman with these jeans on and she can stretch them easily. It is a fraud, they have “no give” whatsoever. The name itself is a joke. I’m a petite and very curvy woman and the jeans are as stiff as a board. No stretch, no curves, nothing. Please do jot buy this product. It took forever to ship and the quality is disgraceful.

I only ordered one pair of jeans but got charged for two, and when my jeans arrived they didn't fit and they told me I could not send them back. So now I'm stuck with two pairs of jeans that don't fit me and I'm out an extra $26 that they will not refund me because I only ordered one pair of pants and they charged me for two.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I waited a month for the order, and when I received them, they were definitely not a size 12/14, which I take in jeans. They were more like an 8! Terrible sizing! Plus, there was virtually no stretch to them as advertised. Cheaply made and had a weird smell to them. I couldn't even get them on! I was so disappointed! Buyer beware!

I’m disgusted the sizing is no where near correct , and absolutely no stretch or give in these jeans . Refuse to exchange or refund . DO NOT BUY FROM HERE you’ll be gravely disappointed .

I was excited to order these at first they said they would be here within 10 days however they’re coming from overseas. These are a cheap pair of jeans and I purchased the size I should. I can’t even get them over my knees then they charged me twice for shipping and I told them took them a month just to fix that And I explained the situation and they did not care. This is the worst customer service and company I’ve ever dealt with they will not allow me to return the product because they say all sales are final but when you send over a pair of cheap jeans, you can go buy at the thrift store or whatever store they’re not packing you up on their product. They are cheap looking jeans.

Don’t buy these or anything from this company! Scammers. No stretch, sized way smaller and shipping is insane!

These jeans were supposed to be a stretch material!!! They were far from that!!!! And I couldn't even get them past my knees!! I ordered 2 pair amd was charged for 3. I am so very disappointed!! I should have looked up the reviews, because if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Then I looked up the return policy and found out there are no refunds/returms. They even say that you should google the product vefore purchasing. Money
wasted. DONT ORDER!!

Forever skeptical

Took forever to arrive. Got seperate tracking notices even though they came in the same package. They fit below the knee and that was as far as I could tell. The stretch did not appear to exist from there up. They advertised tummy control and could not see or feel that in construction of jeans.
Returns are at purchaser exspense which makes not worth the effort. Should have checked reviews!!!
