After waiting for my sample pack order for about a year, I finally received it, tried it, didn't like it, canceled subscription. Though for whatever reason I was still charged for the 30day pack that I never wanted. After I emailed them, they totally ignored the fact that my first subscription cancellation either didn't work or they just tried to push their product down my throat, anyways now they are saying if I want to return that package I need to pay for that return. So to wrap up, their service is rubbish, their product doesn't taste great and the dosages they are using are way above the recommended daily dosage. Strongly recommend to avoid this company!

Scammed me when I opted for a free trial

I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option.

I signed up for what was presented as a free trial, paying only shipping. The checkout and payment page displayed the product as FREE, and the design did not clearly or prominently show that a paid monthly subscription would start. A much larger charge appeared later without my informed consent.

Customer service said the subscription was cancelled, but it wasn’t, and I had to log into an account I did not knowingly create to cancel it myself. I was then offered only a partial refund unless I paid return shipping for an order I never knowingly placed.

The checkout flow is misleading and the cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

I was fully prepared to update my review to acknowledge the eventual resolution had the response been respectful and accurate. However, the public reply instead misrepresents events and places responsibility back onto me, which feels unnecessarily confrontational.

For clarity: a refund was only issued after I returned the product at my own expense, as instructed. It was not offered proactively. Prior to this, I was repeatedly offered percentage discounts on future orders rather than a refund for an order I did not knowingly place. The £5 trial shipping refund does not cover the cost of returning the item and was later raised alongside requests to amend or remove my review, which I found inappropriate.

My review reflects the full experience: a misleading checkout design, a subscription I did not knowingly consent to, difficulty cancelling an account I did not knowingly create, and the stress involved in resolving something I was repeatedly told was already cancelled.

This statement is added for accuracy and transparency for other consumers. I consider the matter closed.

Good product with good ingredients, but please release a non-sweetened version, then I will resubscribe. I'd like to control my own sweetness level.

Was skeptical since I've seen others claim similar "cOgNiTivE" improvements. Tried it during one of their sales and was genuinely surprised that it really worked. I've always had trouble with focus, getting distracted, doom scrolling, etc. so I've very glad to have been proven wrong. Love it so far, I just hope that the effect wouldn't diminish with more use 🤞

Amazing creamy taste, not too sweet. Easy to mix and comes in a great little kit with mug and hand whisk.

I've tried others before and they tasted fake and had too many fillers and binders. This one by Bioflo is the real deal.

Histamine reaction!

The product tastes okay, however I have had a really bad allergic reaction to the drink and have since read a lot of the ingredients can increase histamine release. Feel like my skin has been burning so unfortunately won’t be recommending the product forward.

I’d say if you suffer with sensitive skin / eczema, steer clear

The brand were also a little sneaky with repeat subscriptions with prior warning and after only wanting a free trial was subscribed to a £35 a month subscription.

It arrived very quickly for me, and was definitely a premium experience, but the chai like taste was not really my cup of tea. I still gave it a try and could see the effects really show after 4-5 days.

I heard this gives you crazy focus and keeps you energised the whole day without making you anxious or hitting that afternoon crash. I tried it before my 7am shift and I felt like it gave me more of a chill energy nothing wild. What I was suprised by was my memory got better, at least it didnt make my heart go nuts or have me crashing hard around 2pm like coffee always does. Only if it had more flavors like coffee or matcha would replace my coffees completely.

Bioflow has been a game changer for me. I was looking for something caffeine free to help my fatigue, brain fog and concentration and this had been the one! I suffer with bad sleep anyway with my daughter but throw in Lymes disease and some days I’m just a walking zombie. Bioflow has completely helped me with feeling more awake, present and mentally clear. I wouldn’t be without this product now! I have to say the customer service has also been impeccable. Understandably they had some issues with getting trials out to people but they made up for this ten fold with the top notch customer service and offer for the inconvenience. As I said, I wouldn’t be without this now. Thank you so much for giving me my mental clarity back!

I've tasted a few nootropics over the years but this tastes the best by far. Tried some mushroom coffees and mushrooms chai, but this seems to be working the best long term for me and my husband. Usually the ones that work the best taste the worst. I also like my customer portal, and how transparent are with everything. I'll probably get the kit for my family too for holidays, the kit is a very premium gift after all. 10/10

the taste is actually really nice better than I expected. Subscription terms were written everywhere so I can’t say I wasn’t told but I wanted more time before the next one and I forgot to delay in my account. Product’s good though, might order more often when they have a version with caffeine

Very poor experience with this company. Paid for the trial back in May and then kept getting emails saying it was delayed only to turn up 4 months later. Product was awful. Not only was the taste horrendous but it really affected my sleep and concentration.

I then get an email to say they have taken money for a subscription which I do not recall opting in to. I contacted them 10 minutes after the email to tell them to cancel. They said even though it hasn’t even left the warehouse, they can’t cancel.

I’ve now had to pay for it to be retuned back to them and now Royal Mail have apparently lost the parcel through the network.

Heavily avoid this company.

I absolutely love the taste of this product. Tried a few similar ones in the past from different brands but I like this one the most. It seems more natural to me, and I think it's definitely the healthiest option.
I don't drink coffee so it's a great substitute. Started with the trial at first, and then I received the entire package which honestly seems well made.

I've tested a lot of these nootropic products and in my opinion this tastes the best. I was skeptical about the trial thing, but I still ordered. I thought they were surely going to lock me in the subscription, but surprisingly it's easy to pause or cancel. I paused while on vacay and restarted after we got back home. My husband also adds a shot of espresso to make it more bitter, I love it as it is with whole milk. Love the goodies too, really high quality and something that will alst for years. Premium 5+ product.

Do not use this company order the free sample which was delivered 3 months later then a few days later my monthly subscription turned up so cancelled subscription.now the next thing the website states that on your first order if you don't like it you get a full refund and you don't have to send it back it tastes horrible would not drink it if it was free but I've tried to contact them for a refund and get no reply poor customer service and just be careful a free sample if you pay for postage or not is not classed as your first order according to trading standards and they said they a lot of people complaining about this company from people trying to get refunds after over 10 days of no contact we get a email saying we have 3 days to send it back email was sent at 7pm on a Friday night so it's impossible to send back within the 3 day time limit and to boot got a email asking to take this review down

If I could give a minus number I would. After ordering the free sample, the company forces one into a £50 subscription without consent. Upon learning about the subscription this morning, I tried at the soonest to cancel the order. By the evening it had been confirmed, packed to send out and sent to Royal Mail. How convenient! Despite the apologies, the Customer service team ignored my request to not send out the item and did not follow up on my request for the shipping company to return this order and cancel the shipment despite the shipping company not yet receiving the items.

When I tried to order free coffee, I partly filled my details on their website and I started getting spam emails, WhatsApp messages and telephone calls after this.
