After I complained, they sent me a fake refund receipt on May 23rd, 2026, claiming the money was sent back. However, on May 27th, they officially deducted the money from my bank account anyway. I have waited over a month and checked my bank statement daily, but no money has been returned. When I emailed them to ask for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to track the transaction with my bank, they completely ignored me and refused to reply. Total fraud! Avoid them at all costs!

First they charged for $1, which I signed up for, then they charged for $20 and $36 or something. They keep your email in the loop and sets chatbot to reply to you automatically. This I know because there is no reason a person could reply to you immediately the moment they receive the email. And they set the chatbot to reply to you automatically so to keep you in the loop for a month, then you cannot make a look up on the bank anymore because it has exceeded 1 month.
Plus, after deducting the fee, they did not deliver the result too.
