Novora advertised NicoZen magnetic bracelet to reduce smoking. Absolutely useless. A total waste of money!

Har nu ventet ca 3 uger på en vare, der blev lovet leveret efter 3-5 arbejdsdage.
Kan ikke bruge sporingstrack til en fløtende fis. Den har vist det samme de sidste 14 dage. Jeg har henvendt mig to gange via "kundeservice" , men får bare et eller andet upersonligt svar(måske autogenereret af "Emma" 🙄), der kun svagt er en respons på mine spørgsmål, og blot giver udtryk for, at min bestilling sandelig ER på vej.
Jeg var desværre for hurtig på aftrækkeren, og fik bestilt inden jeg fik tjekket på Trustpilot.
Her er formentlig tale om et skruppelløst firma, der helt uden nogen form for samvittighed, ripper folk for deres penge. Jeg har desværre ikke den store tillid til, at jeg, HVIS varen skulle komme, får noget, der har nogen som helst værdi.

Absolutely horrendous - do not buy. I brought two tracksuits for my Son and they look nothing like the picture. They are cheap and tacky. No communication. I have emailed 3 times asking for return address and still awaiting a response. Stay away

It’s scam, the product isn’t what is being advertised, some cheap print on tracksuit for your local chicken shop, asked for refund and still nothing, they’ll be in jail soon

Bestiller start december, og får bekræftelses mail, men derefter får jeg intet afvide og kan ikke tracke min pakkes forsendelse.
Jeg skriver en mail til dem da jeg stadig ikke har hørt noget den 24 december, hvor den skulle være givet - får dog aldrig svar.
Pakken kommer endelig start januar måned og jeg får den hentet, men så viser det sig at varen slet ikke lever op til billederne. Jeg købte et tracksuit, hvor der skulle være en “blomst” i stof der var sat på, med rib på. Det jeg får er printede “blomster” der er printet på. Slet ikke det der vises på billederne at man får.
Jeg betalte kun lidt under 500kr for det da der var tilbud, men den originale pris er 1000 kr. for noget der burde koste max 300kr. - hvis det var reklemeret rigtigt.
Alt i alt, dårlig service og forkert reklemering

This product Novara doesn't match what's advertised on the website!!! The quality is terrible, even though it looks different in the photo in the ad!!! The style of the suit is completely different! They don't respond to emails. No feedback!! They are 100% scammers.

These sweatsuits were a total waste of money. Poor quality, incorrect sizing and non-existent customer service. By non existent, I mean Novara totally ignores your messages when you write to them. I bought two of these sweatsuits as a Christmas present for my sons. The sizes are much much smaller than a normal Mens size M. Novara accidentally sent one in size L instead of the two in size M that I ordered. Even the size L is too small. At first I was hoping to exchange the sweatsuits for a much larger size in hopes that they would fit more like they do in the picture shown on the website for the Novara ensemble. I sent two emails on Dec 18th and still have not gotten a response. I resent an email yesterday asking what I need to do to return the sweatsuits and get a full refund and I still have no response. I think the positive reviews on the Novara website must be fake. Don’t buy these.

The website is an absolute scam, the tracksuit is nothing like the pictures and quality is horrific. The company don’t respond to dms or emails- contact your bank to get money back .

Please can everyone who has been scammed from this company contact your bank ASAP to open a dispute/chargeback to get your money back!

They are con and thieves, order some tracksuit and waited for over a month just to get something plain and entirely different

Confermo tutto ciò che è stato segnalato ma aggiungo che, navigando in rete alla ricerca di ulteriori informazioni, ho trovato il sito Try Lunara che promuove gli stessi articoli e sembra avere problemi simili su trust pilot. La mia esperienza è quella di molti altri: un mese di attesa per ordini che si scrive verranno evasi in 4-8 giorni ("average delivery time is 4 to 8 business days"), descrizione del materiale ("pleasant cotton") non corrispondente al 100% poliestere degli articoli ricevuti, materiale di pessima qualità imbustato senza alcuna indicazione della composizione del tessuto, istruzioni per il lavaggio né tantomeno l'etichetta della marca. Ma la beffa finale è che scrivono che la soddisfazione del cliente è la loro PRIORITA' (At NOVARA , customer satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days to return an unworn and unwashed item with its tags attached. Upon receipt, we will process a prompt exchange or refund). Non rispondono all'unico indirizzo mail fornito per contattarli, né tantomeno ai messaggi inviati sul loro sito Istagram - pieno di soli commenti entusiasti! La mia perplessità é come può il sito: instagram di trynovara vantare 4.7★ su Trustpilot e avere 9,331 followers?
