I came across TruTrade from a radio spot and decided to look into if out of curiosity. After going through the process and seeing how everything is structured, I ended up moving forward with Ripper one AI. Prop edition.

What stood out to me was how organized everything was. The onboardinf was clear, the expectations were realistic, and the system itself feels well though out. I’m cutrently operating multiple $50,000 funded accounts, and getting set up was far easier than I expected.

I purchased TruTrades private client software package 3 months ago from Brian. I have to its been very consistent and I have noticed on down days it still hangs in there and while the market is down. Its pretty impressive and for those thinking about alternative ways to make additional money i wouldn't think twice about it

I sent them a deposit for the documentation to purchase trading software. When I received the documentation, I wasn't willing to sign it. I worked with them to make some changes, and they made some concessions to satisfy my concerns. But when the paperwork was returned, it still wasn't the right documentation. I asked for a refund, and was told several times that all I had to do was request it because I hadn't purchased anything. I have not been contracted back; they have fifty thousand dollars of my money, and I cannot contact anyone. I have contacted support, they sent me an autoreply that said they would be back to me in 24 hours if the ticket were opened before 3 p.m. Central time. I have yet to hear from anyone. My next step is to contact my attorney, now I know why all the disclaimers were in the documents you have to sign to get the information on how to get the trading key to the software. All before you ever see the product. Now I can't get the money back after I left message after message; they feel they can keep my funds. I read other reviews and questioned them about it before sending the deposit. Kevin, the sales manager, said they had been in business for eight years, and the complaints were from people who couldn't afford the software. When I chose not to continue, I received one email from him, which was to contact the support team. Which I have never been able to do successfully. You are supposed to be able to track your ticker, but there is never a number given, and when you use name, phone, or email, it shows no ticket open. I hope this isn't the scam it feels like.

Personal experience has not been a good one. This dose not mean that it will be the same for everyone.

I was skeptical at first of the RipperX Pro but over the course of understanding and learning the ropes of engaging the bot, it eventually erased all my doubts about the software. Certainly one has to tweak some parameters like the brick size and threshold but overall the software performs as expected. Overall it is a powerful trading bot. On April 4, 2025 the market was so volatile but the bot just worked as it should just like back in 2021. I'm glad I gave it a try!

Trading looks completely different for me now, thanks to TruTrade. After using it for the past eight months, my whole approach has shifted.
