The saga continues still no contact from owner I left my phone number with the store manager and I've left my number on the review page absolutely zero reason for the owner not to contact me. I'm out $70 because of your employee in the least you could contact me to discuss it that would be the correct thing for an owner of a store to do but you've just blown me off week after week. So here's another review do not go to boost Mobile 5612 East Broadway they disabled my phone and I had to go to my previous courier get a new SIM card activation and pay for another month, my phone was in their possession the whole time whether or not they meant to disable it that doesn't matter at the end of the day I walked out with a disabled phone and they refused to take responsibility this happened to me it could happen to you do not go to boost Mobile 5612 East Broadway.

Ordered two articles from sarahand christine advertised as a New Zealand company based in Queenstown. Articles arrived and nothing like that advertised on line and for the purpose shown on video. One was a laundry basket. Article received was not fit for purpose. Shoddy bag for shopping, wouldn’t stand up and looked like a shopping bag wi big floppy handles. Poorly constructed . Video said it was hand quilted plus exorbitant price! Offered a 15% discount and return at own cost- overseas. A definite scam!!

Awful driver … sent photo of my wall ,parked by my car but apparently unable to deliver!! Advised to what3word my address on photo of house on the DPD system for deliver next day …. still unable to deliver ..same driver !!!! sent photo of different house !! If i could give the said driver who’s name i have withheld from here 0 stars i would !!! absolute disgraceful service … no human to talk to either just “chat” 😡

Evri is, without question, the worst courier service I have ever dealt with.

Earlier this week, one of my parcels was lost for three days. One department told me it was being sent back, while another was saying it was still out for delivery. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.

Now today, with a completely different parcel, I was at home and the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, did not attempt to hand it over, and simply dumped it outside in the street for anyone to take. There were two parcels left there — mine and someone else’s.

This is not delivery. It is careless, incompetent dumping.

Their automated responses are useless, and trying to get proper help online is hopeless. There is no accountability, no proper communication, and no basic care.

Totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars if that were possible.

And please don’t bother replying with one of your standard, mealy-mouthed Trustpilot responses. They mean absolutely nothing when the service is this bad. What is needed is not a bland apology — it is basic competence, accountability, and a courier who actually delivers parcels to the correct address.

I just wanna Say, NuroLexa should be more faster with Test Results. I had to wait 1 day for booking confirmation and another 2 days for getting certificate.

Give Tesco mobile A wide birth the customer service team lie to you the managers won’t talk to you. I take money from your account without asking they don’t answer emails and then complain that you did not reply to them. I’ve now found out that Tesco mobile are two-faced inconsiderate towards their customers and actually call them liars to their face who wants to do business with a company that allows their employees that’s called customers liars even when you’ve got proof in front of you that you returned emails you’re still called a liar so give Tesco mobile I miss and go to a different company that appreciates their customers unfortunately tescos don’t

UK customer booked for a car in America.

Booked a mustang and got a Tucson. Was told at the desk to contact customer service and I would be refunded the difference. Emailed 4 times when I got back home and they refuse to get back to me.

Pick another company if possible. The customer service is not existing.

I am Indian, but I am really fed up with the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I went there for my PCC appointment and they checked all my documents. After that, they told me I need to fill out a manual form and come back again.
If there is an online system, why do we still need to complete manual forms? And if manual forms are required, then why not do everything manually instead of making people do both?
It was a very frustrating experience at the Indian Embassy in Bradford. I know this message may not affect anyone, but the service really needs improvement.
If the embassy cannot handle 10 appointments a day, they should reduce the number to 4 or hire more staff. It feels like they only want the fees but do not want to do the work properly.
My advice to anyone booking an appointment is to go at least one hour after your scheduled time. Otherwise, you may end up sitting there for 4 to 5 hours, only to be told to come back again.

Gloverall coat company bought a coat in the black Friday sale came a few days later but wrong coat sent. I did get a return label but barcode invalid. I have sent email one week later no contact from the company.

This DPD are disgrace waited for the parcel for 3 days even tho I paid for next day delivery from the company I exposed the drivers as they would send messages saying customer refused delivery that way they get paid and they don't have redelivery your parcels if he sends message sorry we missed you he as to come back and redelivery they are horrible people to deal with just in case you need to talk with them all Parel shop and keep pressing zero you will get some one from customer service to talk too please don't use DPD you will regret it horrendous people
