Truss 

Truss is perfect for small companies looking for office space. It's the Zillow / Trulia of the office space world. I previously used a broker and the experience was long and painful - saw a lot of spaces that would never work for the company. With Truss, it's easy to do the searching yourself and only see the handful of space you're interested in.

Truss was very easy to work with! I found the space I needed quickly and it met my requirements. My rep (Austin) was fantastic. I have already recommended Truss to other business owners.

A very responsive team, great at follow up and presenting the options according to customer's criteria and making changes quickly if necessary. Very impressed with the experience thus far.

We had a specific budget and a range of requirements for a space, and the people at Truss did not bat an eye and helped personalize and narrow down the best options. The site was incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to input different ranges and amenities, so we could explore all kinds of options without waiting for back and forth email replies with a realtor.

Brenda did a great job for us. She was quick, efficient and through. She was very pleasant to work with and did everything in a professional manner.

My experience was that Truss is a front for gathering information and selling it to brokers much like insurance fronted websites that call you 10 times. My experience was poor because they pretend to say that they have some sort of intelligent agent and it is merely a form collecting data. The amount of time entering the form interviews was needless. Over 10 minutes spent for something that could have been accomplished in 1 minute with a search.

In essence it is forcing you to build a profile and give information you may not want to give out which is an invasion in privacy as well. I had to give a fake phone number because I was concerned about calls from brokers I did not want. And after entering the data I get brokers that want to help me and I have to assume they represent the seller not my interests or I would have to sign a broker agreement. There is no way I would look for commercial real-estate through randomly assigned brokers.

I did not return the call of the truss brokers because I don't trust truss. It is made for brokers to screen tenants not tenants to screen brokers.

I have been asked and forced twice by trustpilot to change this review because it .. "the review is still not within our Guidelines as it doesn't fully comment on the service experience with truss.co"

We loved working with Truss. Their technology made the process very easy. It was nice being able to browse the properties online before viewing anything, and then saving our favorites. We also enjoyed our experience working with our agent, Katie Whalen. She was very professional and responsive. Big thumbs up all around.

The Truss online system was easy to use and saved us time and money.

The system is user friendly. You put in your space needs, size, general location, etc and it shows you only open spaces that are tailored to your exact specifications. I picked six properties I wanted to visit, and a Truss representative contacted me to set up the visits. Austin Zimmerman was our Truss Rep. Austin is an experienced commercial RE agent and he was with us on every visit and guided us through the entire process. He also negociated direct with the landlord. He advised us on different items we should ask for and change in the lease agreement. He was able to secured everything we needed.

Truss is easy to use, provides expert consultation, and saves their customers money. I highly recommend Truss to any company looking for office space.

I am currently working with Anthony Ciaravino, and I have to say I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had an extremely detailed list of what I was looking for in a space for my expanding business. I was beyond skeptical that he would find one space - let alone multiple spaces - that would meet my requested parameters. In the past, commercial brokers have over-promised and under delivered, usually trying to strong-arm a deal that isn't suitable for my needs. Not the case with Truss and Mr. Ciaravino. He took us on a tour of multiple spaces - all of which met my exact criteria. He was professional, thorough, and not too pushy. He found us a great space and he helped guide us through negotiations, always looking out for our best interests. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

I just want to tell you how delighted I am that you found such a perfect spot for me... under budget and WAY ahead of schedule; two words that are rarely used in the same sentence :-). The web site was exemplary and the whole experience was as easy as shopping on Amazon or Ebay; what's not to love? If they had real estate on Yelp! I'd be giving you 5 + stars, for sure.
