Great replacement for Microsoft. I have had no problems.

The customer service was super helpful, I had to describe the error with my order and after that I got all the help and then some. So I will continue to order from them.

I thought I purchased an office package for Windows, but you sent me one for Mac. I did not download it. I have emailed 3 times to request the Windows package and have not received a reply that addresses that request.

The family license I purchased had a key that did not work. I called your customer service number and they first said unable to take your call, then later it rang forever and nobody ever answered. Nice job!!!!

I accidently bought the wrong product for my PC.
Purchased Truly Word 2024 for Mac instead of Windows. Notified support via email and they fixed it!

Tried to get assistance but had to do it myself. Thought I was getting a lifetime subscription looks like it's good for a year.

The compatibility with MS Office ease of using was very, very good. What restricted my rating to four stars was the dearth of, and difficulty, for new users of Truly in locating internet help information on features that are up front in MS Office but hidden behind the scenes on Truly Office.

The fact that all my Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents work seamlessly with Truly Office. I’ve cancelled my annual subscription to Office 365 and Truly Office is saving me $$$.

The Trulyoffice is so amazingly user friendly. Very good value

I just needed something simple I could use without paying for MS365

Customer service does not answer phone calls, only email and then gives you a hard time. I purchased the product with a lifetime use in 2024. Out of nowhere a screen came up telling me my license had expired. After finally finding my purchase on my credit card bill and sending it to them they replied and sent me a new key code. It's still not working. Horrible company to deal with. Now they want screen shots. Give me a break!

I was not able to download the Microsoft, responded to the all the questions ask but never received a response or a to my problem so I am asking a refund.

Program is what I expected. performance is great.

I ordered the Truly Office Family Lifetime License and followed their directions, entering my activation code. That took me to a store where they wanted me to buy it again. No one answers their phone. It goes straight to voice mail. They list 2 emails: one was rejected and no response from the other. The address they list is a store front listing someone else’s agency. This is a scam. There was no Physical Activation Card” inside the packet.

I have now contacted Amazon and are waiting for help resolving this since I can not put on a second computer even though I paid for family !! And it doesn’t go to my iPhone like Microsoft did so I could work from either one when needed.

After contacting Amazon, where I bought it, I did hear from their support team with another access link to a down load. Their Word equivalent has frozen up but Slides and numbers seem to be working.

It's everything I was hoping for, in an alternative to Microsoft Office and got more than expected. I've had the opportunity to use Truly Word and I'm impressed with it's ease of use. I would recommend it for anyone needing a lean yet functional office suite.

I have been playing with this software about month now. So for I like it, I think the truly word works really well.
But the Sheets are excel part is a little more complicated. I have converted some Excel program, and there you can tell many functions does not perfectly interchange which is understandable own software that’s a new development.
Even more reason to have a good help file built into the program. For something as simple as entering today’s date in a sale, took me nearly an hour to go on line and find it just to learn it’s not capable yet. My greater concerns are the more complex pointers How do I get help for them that does it completely match Excel? For me, not having the help files in the program is almost a deal changer. For me, I’m not interested in going online, & into my account, after I have spent the time to look up my recorded password, Just to learn a simple or complex question.

Also, I am complaining. You have links phone calls which I haven’t tried. Online chat room. At an email address which doesn’t work. And that concerns me big time. I tried to send this letter by email but it failed.
