Extremely helpful

I had an issue with a wedding gift we’ve received and Desi was extremely understanding and helpful. Responded really quickly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Truly Experiences. Outstanding service

I have used Truly Experiences a number of times. The sheer variety of ideas means there is a gift for everyone. The website is easy to use and informative. My previous experiences with the company had always been exceptional. I highly recommend.

Desi was exceptional - I really appreciate the responsiveness & flexibility. It really made me want to continue to use Truly Experiences for al gifts to come!

I didn’t know companies like this still existed

My husband and I were given a voucher in July 2024 however firstly I was ill following surgery and now my husband is unwell so we are unable to do the experience next Tuesday.
I explained to Truly Experiences and they have gone above and beyond and now we can have an experience when my husband is well and also one that is nearer than the original.
What a firm, I can’t tell you how brilliant it is to find such brilliant customer service (particularly from Desi)

Great customer service and experience

Desi replied quickly and managed to resolved a ticket situation for us which we are very, very grateful for. Wonderful experience and customer service after the initial stress of not finding the confirmation tickets.

Great service

I’ve used Truly for a few years now, both as gifts for others and as a recipient. Really great experiences and very prompt service from the booking team. In particular, Desi has been fantastic recently with my ever-changing dates/times! Nothing has been too much trouble for her. Thanks!
