Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need.

We stayed in one of their villas in Larnaca and had a wonderful time. Everything was well organised, all amenities available, excellent customer service always polite and available at all times.

Our stay in Limassol was perfect. Everything from check-in to departure was seamless. The accommodation was superb- it was home from home: great design, clean and well-equipped. Location was unforgettable , too. We are already looking forward to returning.

I honestly do not understand how this company operates.

I contacted them already at the time of my reservation to ask about an early check-in. I wrote on Monday and received no response until Wednesday — and only after I followed up myself. I was then told I would get confirmation by Wednesday evening. That never happened.

Since then, I have tried again to get in touch. I called multiple times, no one answers the phone, there is no callback, and no reply to messages. Even the landline number only redirects to an answering machine.

This is extremely poor and customer-unfriendly service. Being completely unreachable as a business is unacceptable. This is definitely the first and last time I book with this company.

Stayed in one of their properties in Limassol, friendly staff, excellent communication and assistance and wonderful apartment.

We booked one of their mountain houses for my husband’s birthday and we had a wonderful time. It was clean, the host was super helpful with instructions on how to get there, the house was so nicely set up and a convenient location close to the mountains (only a 10-12 minute drive)

The positive aspects of this apartment are undeniable. The direct beach location, private parking in the courtyard, and close proximity to restaurants and a supermarket are clear advantages and correspond to the descriptions.
However, during and after our stay, there were significant points of criticism that future guests should be aware of:
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the apartment did not meet our expectations. There were several shortcomings, which we can document with photos if necessary.
Noise pollution: Contrary to expectations, the surroundings were not quiet. Regular loud music from a sports bar across the street, weekly live music from a neighboring café, and nighttime noise from traffic and a barking dog significantly disturbed the peace and quiet.
Strict house rules: We found the house rules to be unusually strict. In particular, the regulations on electricity consumption were strange to us and did not make us feel like welcome guests.
Non-transparent deposit settlement: After our stay, only part of the deposit was refunded without any explanation. We only received an explanation for the amount retained after explicitly asking for it, which we found to be poor customer service.
Conclusion: We really liked Cyprus as a travel destination and plan to visit the island again. However, due to the aforementioned shortcomings, in particular the lack of transparency regarding the deposit, we will not book this apartment again and cannot recommend the agency that arranged it.

We had a really good stay at White Arches Sea View Apt No.2. The apartment was clean, recently renovated, and matched the description well. It had all the basics we needed - good A/C, a parking spot, and enough space to feel comfortable.

The location worked great for us. The sea is within walking distance, there’s a Lidl close by, and several good spots around for food and coffee. The on-site pool and gym were nice extras, even though the gym could use a bit of an update. And we loved the Cyprus cats roaming around - they added a bit of charm to the place.

There is some construction nearby, but honestly, it didn’t cause much noise or bother us. However, we did hear the upstairs neighbors, but thankfully they were quiet during the morning and night.

Check-in was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. Customer support was responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Overall, not everything was perfect, but we had a comfortable and easy stay. We’d definitely consider booking with this host.

We originally met the owners/managers of ‘GTZ Truly Cyprus’ (TC) some seven years ago, whilst looking for someone to temporarily look after our property in Cyprus whilst out of the country.
We had built a web page to advertise and link our property to booking calendars and online booking sites, but the pure amount of time needed for all of the practical aspects of renting out a holiday home, not to mention finding a housekeeper who could deal with checkins and outs and be on hand practically 24/7 whilst we were out of the country was daunting
TC were already looking after another house in our village so we arranged to meet and from the moment we met, we knew our problems were solved when they offered to manage our house for us. Our only responsibility being to ensure that the property was structurally sound. 7 years on we know we made the wisest decision to place our home in their hands.
Whilst their business and practices may have grown and changed, with high tech software and booking engines making communication problems a thing of the past, they themselves haven’t. Their commitment to both guests and home owners are second to none, to whom they still offer a personal touch with nothing too small for them to deal with, aided by housekeepers and handymen.
We can honestly say they are two of the most honest and trustworthy people we have ever been privileged to meet. Whilst our original temporary partnership has developed into a rich and rewarding permanent business relationship for all of us.

Μείναμε 5 άτομα σε μια από τις επαύλεις της εταιρείας στον Πρωτάρα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη, 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια για την παραλία. Η έπαυλη ήταν πεντακάθαρη, η πισίνα καθαριζόταν συχνά από την εταιρεία και το γρήγορο wifi και νετφλιξ ήταν ένα πολύ καλό plus. Η επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία ήταν γρήγορη και μας βοήθησαν σε ότι ερωτήσεις είχαμε ακόμη και για που να πάμε για καλές ταβέρνες.

The 1-80 Collection apartment we stayed in Limassol is a fabulous apartment! Beautifully decorated, very light with beautiful wooden floors. The bed is really comfy and everything is spotless. It felt a real treat to stay in such a beautifully restored apartment. The TV is ready to go with Netflix, and the company was so efficient and helpful with check-in and booking. All was seamless. The apartment is in the historic centre of Limassol and on Saturday night the city center is busy with life!
