This group really teaches great material. They care about their listeners. There is much thought and care for viewers. They take their time to answer quuestions and make sure folks are not getting left behind. I would recomend they to anyone getting started!!!!

Seller calls to refresh the process, my biggest error.

I have been watching the 12-day live real estate investing training hosted by Andrew and Leo, and it has been very informative and practical. The training focuses on their BOFSLO strategy, which stands for Buy Owner Finance, Sell Lease Option. They break this strategy down in a way that is easy to understand and applicable, even for newer investors.

My Truka experience in just one week has changed my business and personal perspectives.
