TruGreen - Runnemede Omdömen 3

First ever review I write. But TruGreen is awful. The technician was not engaged. Didn’t take what I told him seriously. Manager Brian came out and was unprofessional and rude. My lawn never looked worse. I had plant and shrub and they killed my backyard annuals and a couple perennials with overspray.

I left TruGreen about 2 season ago. I received a call from rep (Paul) said he wanted my business and he gave me his mobile number if there was ever a problem to call. Well I gave him a shot but.. When first service wa performed I checked my camera and tech missed along my driveway to cul-da-sac. I spoke with Paul and he put a work order for a retreat with specific instructions what area to treat. Lucky I was home my doorbell rang and it was another service tech asking me where to treat. I was supposed to get lime treatment and Paul would not return my call so I called customer service and explained if Branch Manager (Runnemede, NJ) would not call me back within 24 hrs I was gonna cancel. Never got a call. I cancelled service. This company is so dis-organized and could care less. A TOTAL "BANANA REPUBLIC" Company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely horrible service. Overcharged they pick the piece of property that they want to take care of, which is the front of the house and partial on the sides and yet the rest of the lawn looks like a empty lot unkept other than cut. Logged in for complaints for every time they came. I have cameras all the way around the house and I could see what their coverage is and what they charge me for. I have 18,000 ft². They arrived at the property at 10:02 and the guy got in the truck and left at 10:06. I watched the camera play back. He literally walked out of the truck around the house. One pass and back into the truck. It took the gentleman more time to do the bill and walk up to the house to put it in the door.. next time this happens, TruGreen's video is going to go viral.
