Where to begin? The company is a complete SCAM! We hired them to kill crabgrass, weeds and fertilize the lawn. It seems they're feeding the crabgrass and weeds as both have EXPLODED!

The first two times they came out, it rained. They told us the rain washes it in. I was skeptical but rolled with it. Not buying it after seeing the results. After the 2nd treatment, they said the weeds will die in 7-21 days. They not only bloomed, but we started to get NEW types of weeds we never had! They also operate on their schedule, not yours.

After the second treatment did nothing but make the weeds and crabgrass grow, I called them and they told me they will come back out as they have unlimited "free reservices". I told them I don't want to have to have to keep calling and simply want what I'm paying for. They agreed and said I won't be charged for this reservice. I told her I was considering cancelling and she told me just to call for a free reservice at any time. This was a lie. I also told them not to show-up when it's due to rain and had them notate our account.

The 3rd treatment (free reservice) was today. I asked the guy what he's spraying. He said, "I have no idea. It's something new." I told him I think we're getting scammed and he agreed! I asked him what was being used prior on our lawn and said he no idea and showed me his laptop had no notes! He said they're getting tons of complaints for the same reasons as mine. He was a nice guy, sprayed and left.

I called TruGreen and asked the lady what they sprayed on our lawn today. She said it was for the weeds only. We told her we were told we would get both fertilizer and weed control. She said weed control wasn't scheduled until July 26th. I said that's far too long. She said they spray fertilizer every 4-6 weeks. The last time they came out was May 25th and I had to go back and forth with her until she figured out the math was beyond 6 weeks. She said I won't be charged for the new fertilizer (she moved it up- to July 13th). I told her I wanted to confirm that we weren't being charged for today as well. She said I was incorrect, and this wasn't scheduled as a reservice. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she would have one call me in 48 hours. I cancelled the service and told her we're not paying for anything. I let all of our neighbors know (we lookout for each other) and we live in a $650k price range subdivision. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

Will not use them again. Had 5 applications, 2 of the times they fertilized and spot sprayed. In my opinion the 2nd time they spot sprayed I do not think they diluted the chemicals. Now have dead spots in yard. one of the visits the expert said centipede grass was a cool season grass. Another visit the expert spot sprayed and left a report that said he fertilized the yard , when I asked him about it he said the report was wrong. The last visit lasted less than 15 minutes and he was gone. My wife left the house and I arrived 15 minutes later and found the yard sign. Complained several times and asked for a supervisor to visit .
