TruGreen - North New Jersey Omdömen 4

Trugreen is a disaster. Parts of my lawn were burned from over-application of fertilizer. Most of the rest was overrun by crabgrass. Worse, it is impossible to reach the local office. All calls are forwarded to a national call center so problems are never resolved. It took 5 calls to cancel my service.

Horrible customer service. They put something on my lawn which killed it in certain spots and bright green in others. You can see the path they walked when they applied the chemical. I tried several times to contact customer service to no avail. Even tried to contact the corporate office, but there is no way to contact anyone in their executive office. BEWARE when you can not speak with people who might be responsible for running a company. This is probably the reason why they are paid in full up front. Better off using a local company who will respond. Shame on Trugreen.

Horrible service. They did not show up this month. They also counted 2 visits on the same day as two separate visits. I am cancelling them tomorrow for a full refund. Stay away from this company. I do not know how they are still in business.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Not surprisingly my yard has continued to have mosquitos. I've seen service people come and leave my property within 5 minutes, it is a very large property and there is no way they can adequately spray in such short a time. So the mosquitos are always there. When I asked for repeat service which they promised to do if I was still seeing mosquitos they wouldn't come for at least a week, meaning our weekend get together with friends was ruined by mosquitos. Bottom line, I paid for a mosquito free yard this summer and I didn't receive it. Also their customer service was rude about it, and argued with me instead of apologizing and following up with their lazy employees.
