TruGreen - K. C. North Omdömen 6

Last year beginning of yard/grass treatment, for a year of services and treatments cost me $2,300. So far this year, with the grass starting to turn green, I have many bald spots and dull green grass. When I had an account, there was supposed to be a guaranteed plush yard. Customer service claims I have to have an active account and the guarantee is only good for 30 days.
Make sure to read the micro fine print. There is no guarantee and I am out over 2k for a yard that looks the same as before True green did anything.

I would never recommend this company ever. Customer service wasn’t good and they wouldn’t even fix my yard.

First of all I have been a loyal customer since 2017. Each year it seems to get worse and worse. Shame on me for giving the benefit of the doubt. They are GREAT about scheduling services over time and billing right away but their technicians are subpar. My most recent experience for aeration they showed up and sprinted around the front lawn and tossed out some seed and were back in the truck and gone in 7 minutes? I was charged almost $200 and they didn't even go to the back yard. I had to call them and felt like they wanted to argue about not doing the back? Luckily I have a ring doorbell camera and I would highly recommend you have one also to prove what they did, and didn't do. I wanted to talk with someone and provide some feedback (privately) but their app/website has an option to provide feedback that doesn't work. So here you go... it's out here for all the world to see. My grass resembles the "before trugreen" pictures still and I will be discontinuing my service. So disappointed.

I opted to use this service even with some of the poor reviews. I had my first treatment on April the 19th. I have not had any service since then and communication as to why each time they were supposed to come out ,they rescheduled it. The next visit was scheduled for June 2nd , I had to go online and find out it was rescheduled to June 10th, which is today . Only after calling TruGreen today , I was informed it was rescheduled again to June 13th . No text messages were sent that these dates were rescheduled. I have numerous weeds in my yard. Only after I called today and the very nice lady in customer service helped me. At this point I would not recommend them to anyone. Maybe because of cultural differences? I'm sure you get the message. I will not be using them again. Very disappointed.

I would put no stars but that’s not an option. They show up, say they’ve treated your yard, never leave the truck, and then leave! They’re horrible. I keep calling to cancel but have only talked to one person who hung up/? dropped the call? after hearing that I wanted to cancel. I’ve only made it to elevator music to wait, once, then my call got dropped. The other four times it went right to wanted me to fill out a survey about how my call went and I never talked to anyone! True green sucks

True Green is scamming people. I signed up for 6 treatments over a year period at $107 per. Allegedly the first treatment is half off. I was given half off and charged another full price treatment on the same day. So I was charged for double treatments that were advertised and sold as one treatment. My "second treatment" was two treatments and I was auto charged $215 for a treatment that was supposed to be all in one. I am glad I caught it early because I did not sign up for $215 per treatment.
