Bad batch and Broken Vial
I ordered over $1,000 worth of product, and 2 medications stayed clouded following reconstitution (I’ve used these in the past and prepared them the same way) and another vial came shattered. One of the products, a copper peptide, created a terrible nodule and rash that persists even weeks later in myself and a family member. I reached out multiple times to their customer service and stopped receiving replies when I addressed these issues. Terrible customer service and no care for your health and safety concerns. Will never use them again and will make sure to spread the word wherever possible.

I’ve been using this company since September. I have 2 friends also using them and my mother. We are all so happy with the products. Extremely fast shipping and we’ve never had an issue.
