ACHTUNG ABO!!
Ich habe 200 Einladungskarten mit dem QR Code bedruckt... diese sind natürlich alle bei den Gästen längst angekommen... jetzt nach 10 Scans, bekomme ich die Benachrichtigung dass man nach dem Scannen nicht mehr weitergeleitet wird und man verlangt den Abschluss eines Abos (72€)... ich bin fassungslos, wütend und enttäuscht von mir selber nicht genau hingeguckt zu haben, es gibt unzählige Kostenlose alternativen, ich werde mit meinem Vater (Rechtsanwalt) prüfen in wie fern man hier Schadensersatz Ansprüche stellen kann, ich hätte diesen Verein niemals genommen selbst wenn es 1€ kosten würde!

We’re sorry to read this and understand how frustrating this must feel, especially when the QR code has already been printed on 200 invitation cards.
All of our QR codes are dynamic, which means they run through our infrastructure and can be edited, tracked, and kept live. Because of the hosting, security, and maintenance involved, they require an active subscription after the trial period. They are not static free QR codes.
That said, our intention is never to cause problems for anyone, especially not in situations like this. We would really appreciate the opportunity to explain this properly and see how we can find a solution together so your cards can continue to be used.

After receiving your message, we asked for a picture of the QR code and your account details so we could investigate immediately. We scanned the QR code from our side and confirmed that it is working correctly and linking to the expected webpage. We also double-checked your account, and everything appears to be active and properly configured.

Managing dynamic QR codes is effortless with this platform-the team is also as fast-responsive as the scans themselves.
I am from India. I used this platform to create the code for a book release. Although new to these multi-link technologies, the QR code was easy to createand was impressive and well applauded for my idea. I have no regret choosing this platform. The timely reminders are served before the link expires.I had an oversight of the timely reminders and the trial package. The management is equally empathetic in case of any problems related to packages. This definitely goes for small to big business setups. Individuals can take the privilege of trial access and discuss with the team for a more customer-friendly trial period or packages, maybe. I wish them a fantastic year, more growth with more codes:). Thanks, Danny, for your Support. I will send you the picture of our office book after release with the QR Code.

Trustworthy, decent and propper
Made a free trial account over a year ago. Just logged in first the time after last year. My 10-day free trial was never converted into a subscription. I could still log in, and my QR codes are still there. Apparently, it is still possible to run an online business without trying to screw over your customers. Keep it up!
