En realidad nunca conocí la plataforma, pero pienso que si lo debe de ser porque son honestos

Suite à une erreur de ma part à cause d une interface tierce, je me suis abonné sans le vouloir auprès de ce service.
J ai demandé au support de me desinscrire et de ne pas payer pour un service qui ne m intéressé pas.
Le support client à été très réactif et m a promis un remboursement sous qq. jours.
Bravo!

De trækker penge fra min konto hver måned, til trods for jeg aldrig har købt eller tilmeldt mig noget ved dem. Når jeg så kontakt deres support på mail svare de ikke, valgte så at kontakte dem på Facebook for vil gerne have mine penge igen. Der vælger de at blokere mig..
Hold jer langt væk fra dette firma det er scam..

Es hat lange gedauert, bis man sich um eine Lösung bemüht hat. Und keine automatisierte Mailings geschickt hat. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Angelegenheit jetzt adacta gelegt werden kann. Ich erwarte keine Rückerstattung.

Cancellation of your membership sucks!
Previous agent told me that I won't be receiving any charges of any amount after I decided to cancel my membership.
However, I received a notification that I have been deducted with the same amount. The first agent I talked way back Feb 6, 2025
mentioned to me that it was my first top up.
But now Feb 24, 2025, the agent told me again that the deduction was my first top up. Funny isn't it? Telling you twice that the amount that was been deducted is your FIRST TOP UP

Total scam. They attempted yo take money from my account and I don’t even know who they are. Some sort of piggybacking scam when you buy something legit.

I'm concerned that I had money deducted from my account for a website I did not sign up to. But on requesting a refund Declan was very helpful.

I was tried to watch the movie on one of the movies websites, paid a little amount to watch a ''sinister'' movie very good scary movie, and this little payment was appear on my bank account connected with their website - Ive made a quick investigation with their customer support and yeah - the payment 0.84 pence has initiade a membership with this scam webiste truefitnessvideos, so when Ive tried to cancel this membership immediately, they made it and charged me another 7.46 pounds as a charge of cancelling the membership on which ve never agreed! All blocked now in my bank also bank will report theme to the police. As Norbert wrote above, is a fraud network, please be carefull!
