My experience with True Carriers was less than fabulous. It first started off with the quote which initially came back at 1200 for open and 1700 for enclosed. After some research and confirmation that this was indeed the price(was told everything is discussed with me, no hidden fees) I decided to move forward with the enclosed option because of the type of car being shipped. We scheduled the pick up date for Tuesday. Now I do have to be honest that the pick up date was a bit of a moving target, but was assured it wasn't an issue when we spoke on Saturday. Well Monday comes around and low and behold we have issues trying to find an enclosed transport for a pickup. After some discussion we ultimately ended up going with an open transport because I was informed they could actually pick up on Tuesday and I'd have the car by the weekend. Price for enclosed went up to $1650($450 more than quoted) which I didn't really have any options at this point. Once the car got picked up, I checked in on an eta for delivery, and was now informed that we're looking at 7-10 days for the transport. At this point I'm getting pretty upset as my bill and transit time were both higher than expected.

Now this part is out of True Carriers hands, but it still should be noted. Driver had terrible communication and set wrong delivery expectations the entire time. He lied about his location when asked where he was. Also, my brand new car which hand 19 miles on it at pick up, was now sitting at 32. Not sure about you, but I wasn't to thrilled about the driver putting hard miles on my $140k car. I should have said something sooner when I was looking over the car, but didn't check the mileage on the orignal load ticket.

When selecting a transport company, just make sure to do your research.

Overall Wayne B. did an excellent job keeping me informed on driver availability. Once the driver contacted me he was ontime and actually delivered my vehicle one day early.

Car got picked up… we are still waiting for drop off. Max dis all commutation and coordinated well.
Rates were reasonable.
Conditions were communicated properly.
We did everything over phone; so not much stress.

Worked with Wayne. He always communicated immediately. So far, all good.

The price of $700 was great! HOWEVER it is was an unrealistic price. Drivers wanted more money. On 26 Sept I requested to have my car shipped at the quoted price. 30 Sept, pickup not confirmed. I reached out asking when will I get confirmation and if they can't provide transport service let me know so I can find someone who can. They reassured me pickup will happen on my requested date (7 Oct). On 6 Oct I still haven't heard from TrueCarrier. I had to reach out to them (again) multiple times just to find out no driver wanted to contract at $700. No one from TrueCarrier bothered to communicate this to me well in advance to make other arrangements. I had to find this out on my own the day before scheduled pickup and less than an hour before they closed so I canceled the requested service. Now I have to cancel my booked flight, rearrange my schedule, and drive 20 hours because of TrueCarrier's GREED and MISINFORMATION! DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER! GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER! GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER! GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER! GO ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER! GO ELSEWHERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT DO NOT USE TRUECARRIER!!!!!!

I had a very good True Carrier experience, my request was handled by and my car was moved by Wayne B, a true blessing. I was kept up to date all the way, car arrived early and undamaged. I`ve got nothing but praise.

Ash was the agent I worked with. Vehicle Air conditioning broke down on cross country trip. Ash found me a carrier on very short notice from Billings MT to the east coast. Worked out perfect for us and we had our car in 3 days. Would use again if occasion arises.

The old Bait and Switch. I'll never do business with this outfit again !
They quoted me a low price of $400 to get the business of a car haul from Atlanta to Dallas, TX. After getting my credit card and contract Wayne calls me up and says the price will now be more than $700. Upset, I say cancel. He then calls back with great news, now its $500. I tell him I wouldnt do business with them for any price now and to cancel contract. They just wasted all of our time with a dishonest quote to get the business.

My experience with True Carriers was awesome.
I was assisted since the beginning by Sandra who went above and beyond to provide me with that extra mile that makes the difference.
I wouldn’t be able to ask for better customer service, honesty, responsibility and kindness. Also very reasonable quote.
And if that wasn’t enough I was assigned a wonderful driver Sergio who also went above and beyond to reach that extra mile!

great service. i would definitely recommend Truecarriers to anyone transporting their vehicle out of state. They were on time and delivery was fast. Ash was on point with customer service and very professional.

My experience in bringing my little car to Miami was not bad at all. I was concern about this because it was my first time doing this kind of business. The people that were involved in this were helpful and reliable.
I thank them for such a good service.

The True Carrier team was easy to communicate with, but could have been more informative about the process in my first-timer experience. All quotes are estimates in this field of work, but my final price was about 15% higher than the initial estimate. The car was picked up in less than a day and delivered a day earlier than expected. The driver wasn't willing to do door-to-door, not a fault of True Carrier, but would have been good to understand that could happen ahead of time to pre arrange rides (fortunately Uber worked for me and it truck was able to get within a few miles of me on each end).

Great experience. Worked after hours to finish the job after multiple drivers canceled last minute. Highly recommend.
