BAIT AND SWITCH, FRAUD AND LIES
This is a company that openly admits to hiring uninsured, non commercially licensed drivers. They will take your money, lie to you at every step and then play dumb.
It began with the price going from 825 to 1400…if that wasn’t bad enough I paid with a credit card and understood, even asked, if that is where it will all be billed….get to the destination and the driver is demanding cash. Tried calling the broker on a Saturday, left voicemail, sent texts sent email…zilch. Paid driver the max allowable withdrawal from an out of town atm and told him to come back tomorrow. Driver’s boss is calling for no release of RV…still calling and still no answer- nobody told me or I don’t recall…even the driver admitted that he should have said something…to top it all off my RV w knows who to contact regarding a claim and the broker still doesn’t respond. An absolute 100% mess!
Asked repeatedly for a BOL or INS information from the driver Timothy Williams or Jason Gloecker (Broker) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and here on Thursday I get a message from Jason saying that he’s “working on getting a bill of lading…” didn’t happen.
Turns out the Insurance on the driver is bogus- policy # given by True Carriers broker Jason : CA00543549 is listed to a GMC sierra while the Dodge Truck Texas plate #PYG3098 with Timothy Williams as driver, was the one that drove and had the accident. When I called the insurance company they told me that the driver/company had only reported the fence post as being damaged and not the trailer as well as the fact that the vehicle/trailer in question were not mentioned at all nor covered by any policy with Progressive.Universal Carriers is the company DOT # 3978736…SCAM NO DUE DILLIGENCE
Filed a complaint with DOT on the broker, carrier and driver…
The more I dig the more I find…Iryna Tashbaeva is listed as the owner at 3030 N. ROCKY POINT DR. STE 150A TAMPA, FL 33607- this is a front/fake business address…like a place you get P.O. Boxes…so it appears that the business has a couple alies…Have REPEATEDLY asked to speak with this person…, Iryna lives in New York.
I included a picture of the drivers vehicle that was used to deliver and damage my RV. According to Progressive Ins. They have no record of the driver nor the vehicle on the policy truck isn’t registered…
The dodge Truck is registered to Jennifer Horton of El Paso, TX. Someone Timothy duped evidently.
Have continued to attempt to work with True Carriers/Jason Gloecker and his choice of carriers Universal Transport- Jason has proven pretty useless. His justification for why he chose said company was some “glowing” review of the carrier…however, when I go and look at SAFER this carrier has multiple violations and shutdowns in the past year…Due diligence is lacking here again. Jason has also done nothing substantive to correct the damage to my trailer other than forwarding my complaints/info to the carrier and exposing more of True Carriers lies. The same carrier that lies about the damage, the vehicle and the driver…Only a fool would expect a result from this.
I wouldn’t trust these guys to move a garbage can across my driveway without screwing it up. If you value your property, money and sanity go with a different broker. Did I mention that Mr. Gloecker admitted to not vetting drivers/companies/insurance…I’ve included that text below. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Jason said to send him the bill/estimate and that he would have it fixed. He never did…They’ll talk about a legal document and not follow it. No due diligence from this company. The owners son also took to leaving harassing messages on my machine at strange hours…Serioiusly, Stay AWAY.

At first I wasn't too sure about Truecarriers or any other shipping company at that,But Truecarriers proved me wrong! They gave me a great quote that I couldn't refuse and picked/dropped my van off At the date's promised. Thanks Tony Romero and Truecarriers for your great service

Do not hire them. He under quote my job by $400 never could find a driver!! Told me he had one and they would pick up today or tomorrow. I waiting and ended up paying service fees.

Kevin was very clear and responsive to all of my questions.
The procedure was easy.

Overall the service was good

Jason was great to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Would definitely work with Jason again in the future.

PROS: Car was delivered as promised. They did not keep changing days like some other companies. Price was not changed upon delivery. Although the very first original quote did go up, (it seems all of the companies do this) but once a final price was agreed upon there was no back & forth on price.
CONS: Car was inoperable which of course cost more. Emg brakes were locked & driver couldn't move car. I had a mechanic tell him how to move the car but he didn't seem to understand. It took him a long time but he finally got the car on the truck. I wasn't able to be there & had someone else make sure the car was picked up so I can't really expound on what went on to be fair. I'm thinking that drivers should know what to do in situations like this. I'm sure I'm not the first or last person with this problem in needing a vehicle transported. For this reason I'm giving 4 stars
BOTTOM LINE: Would I use the services again? Yes

This whole process was a joke. They're hoping that you're either clueless or old. They gave me a quote for $925 and then listed my vehicle in the system for $1500. In their contract they have 5 days to find a driver before you can go with someone else, so they call you each day with a super inflated price, hoping you take it, and making you wait (the price goes down day by day). This is a classic bait and switch, ultimately this is how they can make way more money for doing nothing (this is a broker, nothing more). These hacks are as bad as a 90's used car salesman. Don't waste your time. They wasted a week of mine.

Mary did a good job. She get me a driver in 15 minutes and she was in touch with me all the time. It was dropped off at the same day as promised. Definitely recommend this company

Needed to get my car transported, and they did their best to help us out, took every concern we had with ease. Their price was the cheapest I found while shopping around looking for quotes, the Driver Anatole is a great person our car made it to the destination safely. We recommend this company and we saved their info for future consideration. Thanks again!

Jack Transportation was such a great experience for me. He did exactly what he promised he would do. Most business men try to overcharge women; but not Jack. I would recommend his services to anyone. Thank God; for people like him!!!

My car was pickup early and delivered on time. Excellent customer service, and communication. I’m using True carriers again to transport and deliver my truck.

I originally scheduled to move my vehicle from Pennsylvania to Florida back in May but unfortunately due to repeated delays I needed to reschedule about a dozen times and finally did the move in August. Thankfully I had Jack Benek from TrueCarrier helping me along the way. I know the constant changes had to be frustrating for Jack and his team but he never gave up on me and constantly provided solutions to every problem along the way. When the time came I only had a three day window to have my vehicle picked up and Jack made it happen. The carriers were prompt, professional and very accommodating and the price was exactly as quoted. Five stars to Jack and his team for doing an outstanding job with many obstacles in his way.

True Carrier - Did an outstanding job transferring my car from California to El Paso Texas. They are very professional with their interactions with me, via phone and texts, no hidden fees and a contract upfront. Informing me when my vehicle was going to be picked up and in my case - l had an excellent driver that contacted me as to when to expect arrival. First driver flaked but Jack was able to find a replacement last minute. The replacement driver was great about the fact that the vehicle didn't run as advertised, and also was able to set up ramp to move ATV from his trailer to the back of my truck since we had to dropoff in a more accessible location than my home.

I called True carriers and I want to tell you I was a little Nervous in the beginning but Jack and Gina were very helpful and making me feel comfortable in sending my Jeep they answered all my questions and believe you me I had a had a lot .I have to say it was one of the fastest service I ever had and safest for My Jeep thank you Jack and Gina You guys did a great job .

Jack and his team were quick to respond to services. The service was flawless and I received my car on the day they suggested I would. There were no issues with the car upon arrival and the driver was friendly and provided updates.
