We are a third generation family of butchers with almost 90 years of experience. We understand modern life can leave us all short of time, and sometimes inspiration, and are here to provide our customers with quality fresh produce, recipes, and information to help them save time and enjoy delicious meals at home. With this in mind we created an easy to use website which allows ours customers to browse (at their leisure) and order online (at their convenience), via email, or even via telephone.

What a lovely company

What a lovely company, funny, helpful and great range of produce.
I received my first parcel today, only problem was that I was in a bad state of health and had a job unpacking.
All the meat looks great, and I am hoping tonight if I improve to actually eat something.
I cannot fault the on anything, all the problems are mine, but I am looking forward to ordering a half of lamb next month.
Really, really pleased that I found them on the internet. Job now is to decide what to eat and what else I want to try from them.
Anyway thank you for being such a nice company and I look forward to many future orders.

I cannot recommend True Bites Family Butchers highly enough! In a world of sterile supermarket chains, finding a butcher that combines stellar product with genuine, personal service is a rare treat.
The quality of the meat is simply exceptional—night and day compared to what you find elsewhere. Every cut, from their succulent steaks to the flavourful chicken sausages, is brilliant, responsibly sourced, and packed with care.
But what truly sets them apart is the personal touch. You’re not just a number; you’re supporting an independent family business that genuinely loves what they do. Their communication is fantastic, the delivery is reliable, and the entire experience is seamless and friendly.
For anyone who values superb quality meat and an excellent, personalized customer experience, True Bites is the only choice. Five stars across the board!

Food delivery was good

Food delivery was good. Had a small problem with delivery and contacted them but sorted it and let them know. No response to either message. I realised when we had a problem there wasn't a phone number to contact them hense the 4 stars.

I ordered fresh, marinated meat and jumbo sausages
I ordered fresh, marinated meat and jumbo sausages. The fresh meat was delicious. The product was marinated, so what a mistake! It was tasteless. One marinade was sweet as hell and the other salty. But the biggest disappointment was the sausages. They were cheap supermarket sausages (I regret not checking the ingredients before buying, which are awful. The price should have been my first red flag). I recommend the fresh meat, it's tasty and really fresh. As for the rest, simply NO.

Quality tasty excellently butchered meat

Excellent! From start to finish. My 1st order arrived today...packaging superb fresh fresh fresh quality meat. I honestly cannot fault them. I picked the wrong delivery day...within 10 minutes it was sorted 2 days later my meat has arrived. It looks smells amazing. If I could only give one suggestion. Its a real shame we cannot gift the packaging and boxes back, even the packaging is superb quality.
Fantastic will be re ordering next month. Thank you for a great 10 star service.
