Back to School season is when we sell the lion share of our furniture inventory. We needed a large funding round to get ready for 2024 College Season. Troy Business Group actually delivered as promised. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Troy Business Group provided access to a Line of Credit using our large inventory as collateral. We have a Loan with our local bank but they do not provide any loans using Inventory. We like our bank and were happy to find a partner to achieve our goals. If a need arises again and our local bank can not come through for some reason I would reach back out to them again.

Rolling out a new software and growing our staff was eating up our liquidty at times. Chris kept his word he got me out of those short term funding deals. Now we have a Business Line of Credit that can cover any gaps whenever they pop up and we only pay when we use the line.

Troy Business Group worked with us to overhaul some older power units and grow our fleet to almost double the size. As we expand I will give John another shot at our business.

Operating a Staffing company always puts a strain on capital. Especially during the summer months when a lot more workers come on board. Barbara from Troy Business Group took her time helped us with establishing a Staffing Invoice Factoring Facility now we can grow as fast as I we can land more contracts.

I really love working in the Oil & Gas fields but we sure do hate waiting for payment. We finally worked with Samantha, her team at Troy Business Group and our CFO to establish an Oil & Gas A/R Facility to free up their invoices in between payments.

Our bank loan was starting to peak out plus our Inventory was flucuating too much for the banks preference. It took a while to set up with a few unexected delays I did not like at the time. Yet finally Justin came through with a Senior Secured Big Loan that consolidated our total bank loan, the full Inventory we had to constantly keep tracking, and all of the equipment . All into one big loan that can grow as much as we want to grow over the years to come.

I was sick of all of these daily payment deals on short terms. John helped me wiith a credit repair company and introduced me to the part time CFO we use now. Once we improved our books and scores. As prmised we were able to get into a nice yearly Business Term Loan and the monthly payments are a huge help towards not draining my free cash on hand so we can handle emergencies and still have the ability to grow.

I've been using my own capital for years to flx and flip properties for years. After the oandemic I somehow ended up with more deal flow than I was ready for. I've been working with Chris and his team at Troy Business Group whenever capital is tight or in the off season. Now I am able to get the lion share of the funds needed to buy the properties and their program even covers all of the rehab cost. I even able to take on a few investor deals now that access to capital is no longer slowing us down. I am glad we met Chris.

We landed a pretty large contract for a Major Mall Builder. Our company found our cash flow getting tied up between payouts especially if a change order comes up. Adrian from Troy Business Group introduced use to Progress Payment Financing. Now every time we clear a major stage and receive an approval from our Developer Troy Business Group provided us with the perfect product to unlock Invoice payments after each building is completed but before the total job is finished.

Our company won two major bids plus we had a few open jobs. In order to free up some liquidity and not strain our cashflow. Troy Business Group showed us how to use Sale Leaseback Financing to create a pretty decent sized Line of Credit. Using the Heavy Yellow Equipment we own free and clear as collateral.

Troy Business Group is an excellent company to deal with. We found a great deal on two used Semi's for sale but the seller didn't have financing set up. Samantha was very personable to deal with and provided an efficient process to secure the two trucks before they sold them to some other company. The rates were suprisingly reasonable compared to what I got directly from Peterbilt direct financing on my other trucks. Being able to expand my fleet so easy and quick means Troy Business Group can count on a long term client.

It had been my partner and I dream to buy the building our Day Care Center was in. We felt like we could do so much more for the kids if we had full control of our building. Lesly took the time to walk us through the daunting SBA process. It was a lot of paperwork and interviews. It was great to have someone holding our hands every step of the way. In the end it was the best decision for our Center the kids love the new backward so much. We love our 25 year term and the comfort in knowing we had the SBA help us take our dreams further. If we ever need any sort of financing for the busienss Lesly will be the first phone call we both make we really liked working with Troy Business Group.

Government Contract work is a great there are always so much work to bid on. What was holding us back from expanding was the time the Goverment takes to pay. I was referred over to Chris by a friend who is also in the industry.Troy Business Group was able to set up a large scale A/R Financing facility for us based off of our Government Contract Invoices. I am glad I was referred over to Chris this was a bigger process than I realized and I appreciate his guidance throught out this long process to set up the facility. Now we just have to upload our Invoices to their portal and we have access to capital

Troy Business Group helped us get the capital we needed for some extra construction projects we won bids on and didn't want to turn down the jobs for. We really didn't want to have our savings run out while juggling a few jobs and risk messing the companies cash flow by the time the season starts to wind down. John from Troy Business Group helped out in every way the process was easy and the supoort team I had to deal with were top notch. Thanks a million Troy Business Group for helping us to acquire the capital we needed to have what could may be our biggest year since i took over.

I needed access to funding to pay my supplier to fulfill a larger order than we anticipated coming in. Alex took his time and got my supplier paid and now we can deliver to our client. We hope to now expand the size of the order they place since we have a partner that can help us to deliver.

Running a Truck Repair Company is harder sometimes than when I used to be over the road myself. We also need capital on hand as something always comes up. Now we can go after larger fleets that always have a Semi that needs servicing. At this pace we can start looking at acuiring a wrecker next year. John said Troy Business Group can also help us to secure a long term loan to finance it. As of now I believe them and will definetly give them another chance when we are ready.

We always wanted to buy into a franchise. Yet we did not want to deplete our cash reserves buying the business as we did not know what surprises may come up. Alexander and his team at Troy Business Group were surprisingly great to deal with. I had a bad experience years ago dealing with one of these funding companies. They did not waste my time or my chance to make a dream come true. Recently we heard another location is up for sale. We are feeling very confident knowing we have the team at Troy Business Group to expand with.

When we needed to be funded within 3 working days so we could secure a deep discount on inventory but we had to agree to a whole container of inventory on short notice. Rates are manageable with weekly payments. The extra bonus for us was having competent and very responsive Consultant to work with that answered all of my questions and made one request of documents that didn't keep getting longer. My local bank has been difficult with trying to increase our Line of Credit. I am happy we found Troy Business Group as a new financing partner that can come through in a few days if ever needed again.

When dealing with the challenge of opening up our second eatery in town we feared draining our cash reserves while our first location still needed things all the time. Louis helped us secure a 5 year term on an Equipment Lease. Which allowed us to not deplete our own capital to fund our expansion. The process is easier than expected and surprisingly affordable. The longer terms and decent rates made this the better choice than my existing bank, that asked if we were expanding too fast.
