Scam website. Don't send your order and ignore all contact. Raised a chargeback with my creditcard company and they refuted it - meaning a second chargeback had to be raised giving them another 6 weeks holding my money despite having no case; literally just doing it to be a nuisance. Avoid at all costs.
Why are they still trading and not being investigated i paid for a case of wine got nothing they are taking money under falsce pretext.
Made two orders last May, 1940 and 1941, and never received them. Be careful do not order from this site. Many attempts to communicate with them but to no avail - no reply given. Stay very far away. wish to now how to report such rubbish. I mean zero stars not one star.
One star is a star too far! Ordered 27th May and contacted three times but no reply or order update! Assume I’ve been scammed!!!
Order 1939 not received. Four emails unanswered. Request for refund not responded to. Credit card company refund requested. Clearly this company does not want to complete business by sending goods, but happy to take would be customer money with completing the contract. I am surprised at to how they can advertise as a going concern.
Appears to be a scam website based on my experience, order 1438. I never received my order. They wouldn't respond to any emails, and I had to get my bank to refund me; even then, they tried to dispute it!
Scam site. AVOID!! They never posted my order and don't communicate at all.
Avoid this company at all costs. Quite clearly a scam.
Asked a question prior to purchase via WhatsApp (this is their recommended method of contact) and I had a response asking for extra information which I gave. I heard nothing back so placed the order as it was needed fairly soon.
Quoted 5-7 business days for delivery. Paid via shopify and the order remained as “waiting for details”. Item was never dispatched, messages ignored, used their “contact us form” and ignored, emailed and ignored.
Eventually did a chargeback via my bank and lo and behold they replied!! Telling me the item was lost by the shipping company which is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard.
Please please please do not make the same mistake I did and purchase from here. The owner is a fraud and the company needs closing down.
