The item that l ordered is excellent. These sardines in spring water l buy dfor my dog because he loves them so much. The order is always fresh and sealed in lovely easy open tins,they are very well packed inside another box for delivery. The price is excellent for the amount you get. Delivered well in time and tracking is great. Highly recommwnd these sardines to family and friends. Thankyou.

I'm coming round to the idea of online shopping for things I have trouble getting elsewhere and Tropical sun have proved a godsend. They have the products I like at affordable prices and are always prompt with their deliveries.

I love Tropical Sun products. Their range is very unique, refreshing, and delicious, and I've always enjoyed the quality of the items I've purchased.

However, I was disappointed with the delivery experience. I placed my order on 25 May and selected the Standard Shipping option (5 business days). Although there was a bank holiday on 26 May, my order was not dispatched between 26-29 May. Now it is the weekend again, meaning the delivery is taking much longer than expected.

In the UK, most deliveries are relatively quick, and even orders sourced from Europe often arrive within a week. While I appreciate the products, I think the dispatch and delivery process could be improved to better meet customer expectations.

I have been buying this Ginseng Tea for a while now and love the taste and how good it makes me feel all day long with so much vitality and goodness. Who needs coffee to wake you up when this is so much better! I would highly recommend! 😀

I’ve genuinely tried pretty much every coconut water out there over the years and this is the one I always come back to. Tastes fresher, cleaner and more natural than the others, without that weird artificial aftertaste some brands have. I drink it daily for hydration and electrolytes, use it in smoothies, and even mix it into cocktails sometimes. Proper quality product and consistently good every time. If you like real coconut water, this is hands down one of the best on the market.

I ordered the honey with lemon and ginger. Order arrived in good time and the product is lovely ... I us the honey to make a drink. I add a slice of lemon an a bit of extra lemon juice. The ginger gives it a lovely kick. Delicious!

Prompt delivery, easy cook peas with great taste. Would highly recommend.

Importantly the product supplied (sardines in spring water) was first class in all respects, in terms of quality, price and packaging. The ordering process was easy and delivery acceptably fast via Royal Mail, not some dodgy courier like E***, prone to leaving things in a hedge and sending you a picture! Thank you Tropical Sun :)

As a regular chilli sauce consumer, I was given a bottle of Tropical Sun Carolina Reaper sauce by my son, and it just hits the spot! (Time after time).
As it's difficult to find on the high street stores, I discovered that Tropical Sun offer a mail-order service, :-), and within a few days my parcel of Carolina Reaper arrived, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Tropical Sun's Customer Service Team have been great, with good communication skills, (and superb products)
