I'm pleased with Trophy Depot for a several reasons. They were the only company that had all the sports pins I was looking for, their products are a good quality, their costs are very reasonable, and my order arrived within a few days.

I needed a special recognition award for a member of a dog rescue organization. Trophy Depot had the perfect item, and the personalization was easy. I received a confirmation email quickly and confirmed the personalized text. The award shipped quickly, and I was definitely pleased with the quality and appearance. Marian was very helpful and responsive. I ordered a piano finish acrylic plaque and she answered all my questions very quickly. She also made sure the order was processed and shipped so that we could receive it in time for our event. She is the only reason I decided to move forward with Trophy Depot versus a local company. Her customer service is top-notch.

Quality medals with good detail and weight. I also ordered the engraving which was an applied small plate on the back of the medal. I ended up paying $12 for shipping six medals which I thought was a high price. Fast shipping.
