The website is easy to use when selecting trophies and medals. The orders are processed quickly and arrive on time. The packaging of the items is great! The quality of the figures on the top of the "14 - "30 trophies are not the best quality and break easily.

I’ve been using Trophy Depot for ten years in a row. This year was the worst and even though I’m a returning customer for 10 years, customer service refused to help me with my order and ever time I called and asked for a supervisor, they were always busy couldn’t help me. I had items that were to be graves just like I have done for the past 9 years. The medals did not come back engraved. The engraving as called on the description was just printed on white paper. This completely contradicts the description and customer service even admitted it does say engraved in the description but they were printed. False advertising!

Placing my order and putting on the personalized engraving was very user friendly. You have a very nice selection to choose from and your turnaround time on delivery was excellent! The medals and trophy I received were all done correctly and of great quality.
