I’ve been with Trojan coaching for the last six months, with Jake as my primary coach, but also a lot of communication with Troy. I would highly recommend this coaching service over others because both coaches really commit to seeing you make progress. They know what they’re talking about and when to make changes to the plan if necessary. Everything is easy to follow, regular communication is always upheld. For me, I mainly needed accountability and a good plan to help me get back on track with training and nutrition, and being part of Trojan coaching has really helped with that. I’ve toned up and put on a lot of muscle quickly since joining the team. I really couldn’t fault anything about how it’s run, if you’re motivated to get fit, Trojan coaching will help you get there much quicker for sure.

I've been with Troy and the team at Trojan Coaching for the last year or so. Working with Troy has given me so much. I have so far lost 17kg and did a fitness photoshoot which was one of the best experiences in my life so far. It was great working with Troy over the past couple of months and to show off what we have been working on was really really good and very rewarding as I never thought my physique would be good enough for a shoot! The shoot was also very special to me as I got to meet Troy in person and it also show cased how far I have gotten in my fitness journey.Thanks to Troy we have worked together through many ups and downs and few setbacks in my life to get to the point where I am now in my fitness journey and I couldn’t be happier!

When starting with Troy, he clearly set out a workout program tailored to my needs. He also set out a clearly laid out meal plan.

The app that he has is a nice touch and full of features. I didn't need to use most of the features but was good for tracking workouts and for me that was what the main goal to achieve. Though again a wealth of info available in the app, which would prove very useful to many people.

Troy's checkins was on point and gave an honest feedback on how my week went. He also reached out outside the check in if I hadn't checked in, to see if all was OK. That for me shows he is takes that extra step to make sure that my well being was OK outside the checkins

I’ve been with Troy just under a year and now and it’s been a great year. Before I started I wasn’t sure what goals I wanted and my diet wasn’t bad but it wasnt 100% but then when I joined we talked about my goals and made a meal plan to help me with them and I noticed a difference after only a few weeks. I also got my a plan for the gym which helped me and he made me a different workout aswell for my home gym when I wasn’t able to make my usual gym. He also checked in every week and kept me motivated and disciplined. I would really recommend Troy as a coach if it’s something you are thinking about

I can't say enough about Trojan Coaching! I've worked with them for 6 months and dont plan on stopping. If you're serious about transforming your body and your life, look no further. From the moment I reached out to them, I knew I was in good hands.

I was on the fence of joining thinking the coaching would be quite generic. In the back of my mind, I thought it would be great for a few months and taper off in how much attention I would get as a client, but that was completely wrong. Troy is an absolute godsend. Previously I struggled a lot with accountability and not giving myself credit for my progress, with things that Troy has put into place like custom meal plan, fitting social occasions into my weight loss plan as well as the daily tracker and weekly check ins make loosing weight so much more enjoyable and I can actually see my progress every week! Beforehand with other coaches I was left with to my own devices with very little knowledge of nutrition and no allowance for social occasions what so ever. Working with Troy so far has been one of my best financial decisions yet as I feel like we can work together for a long time as I’d like to compete in bodybuilding in the near future. I started with Troy last December and he helped me massively throughout 2023. He is always checking in on you, whether that is about your training programme, your calories, Troy is always able to tailor to your specific needs. I had amazing experience working with Troy and Trojancoaching in my weight loss journey. I been overweight for most of my life and tried many different methods, diets and personal trainers. My main issue was the commitment. But what you get from Troy Sutton is not only a gym plan, its a new way of thinking and approaching your health. Its the training structure, the checkups, his personal follow-ups with every student, the meal plans, daily routines, weekly checkins, all yhe reading and education and you also must follow his instagram since he creates first class content. It is full on. Its so different from any other programs or trainer that I had before. I am so glad he is doing this, sharing his knowledge and helping many people to get healthier and feel better about themself. I lost 10kg over past 10 months. I Would highly recommend troy if you’re after a online training coach. Following his workout and meal plans I made great progress in a short amount of time which was something that had been hard to do in the past. I also gained a lot of knowledge about nutrition and exercising from troy that i will take with me in the future. Troy supports you in anyway that he can, and is always open to any questions that you may have.
