Triver offer a fantastic solution to support cashflow. AND on the occasion you need to call them, you get actual human interaction. No endless AI - people who are there to work and advise you, they get things done. If you need financing against invoices from clients who pay (in a reasonable time frame), the Triver solution is well worth looking at. Their fees work out less than the high street banks and they have an easy to use system.

Very simple and easy to use. Great service

We have used Triver for over 1–2 years and until recently the platform worked fine. We had our credit limit increased multiple times, including a £20k increase just two months ago.

However, our account was suddenly restricted without proper discussion. The reason given was “risk” due to our temporary use of our overdraft facility — despite the fact that this overdraft is a cheaper funding source and was being used strategically for short-term stock purchases.

What is concerning is that this decision appears to have been made algorithmically, without reviewing our financials, management accounts, contracted sales, or overall performance. We have strong trading performance, unused facilities elsewhere, and reduced our Triver utilisation significantly in recent months.

A funding partner should understand working capital cycles and stock investment. Instead, the restriction was applied abruptly, with limited communication and no meaningful financial review.

Disappointing experience after a long relationship.

Just amazing - we had 2 invoices financed within an hour of setting up. Massively helps with cash flow headaches for our business.

UPDATE: Like others I have just had my facility halted as apparently our risk profile has changed and we are further into our overdraft than last time - which is not the case! We have paid back all our borrowing early. Do not rely on this company - it has actually caused more headaches than it solved now. Suddenly removing something with no warning is sharp practice. I'm also puzzled by the business model here ... lure people in, fund a couple of invoices, then block them when they want to fund more. If a business is awash with cash it would not need to use factoring, so rather self limiting for a factoring company to only want to work with cash rich companies?? 🤔

Communication was very good during the whole process and facility was easy to set up

Absolutely Brilliant! Took 5 minutes to set it up. Money was in my company account within an hour, for my first invoice finance request. Excellent way to prop up companies cash flow where required. Much better than a loan!

Triver have been very helpful and set up our business facility very quickly. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we’re really happy with the service we received. Connor was especially helpful throughout and made everything straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and very easy to use.
If you require access to funds on an undue invoice these are the go to.

A relatively easy process to follow and where things needed explaining, your account manager was very approachable.

Obviously think hard about if you need a facility like this but once it is up and running, it works really well or at least it has done for me so far.

Triver offer a simple low admin solution

Simple transaction using the Triver Portal.

I Have used other IF and not had a good experience, which put me off it. However, Triver have been amazing throughout the whole process, would highly recommend!!

Straightforward process, very efficient. Throughout the whole set-up and put into action cycle I have had one point of contact only, not multiple people to deal with. Suitably impressed with Triver.
