Tritex NDT manufacture a range of ultrasonic thickness gauges designed to take ultrasonic thickness measurements to inspect and check metal thickness for corrosion. All Tritex Multigauges are designed for robustness, simplicity and most importantly, accuracy. They use Multiple Echo to ignore coatings, only the metal thickness is measured, which significantly reduces preparation time as it eliminates the need to remove surface coatings. All probes have Intelligent Probe Recognition (IPR), which automatically adjusts settings in the gauge for enhanced performance. In addition, Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS) ensures only true measurements are displayed, even on the most heavily corroded metals. Single crystal probes mean accurate measurements on curved surfaces, such as pipes and tanks. Typical applications include the inspection of Ships, Bridges, Pipelines, Storage Tanks, Road Tankers, Lighting Columns, Phone Masts, General Industry and Rope Access use. Tritex Thickness Gauges can be used wherever there is metal that can corrode. Hand held gauges for all surface applications, underwater diver gauges and ROV mountable gauges for subsea inspections and a drone mountable gauge for high level inspections are available. Tritex NDT Ltd is an ISO9001:2015 certified company. All gauges are manufactured in the United Kingdom and come with a 3 year warranty and free calibration for the life of the gauge. Simple . We're sorry to hear that you feel disappointed.

You made a payment based on an expired quotation without sending us an official order or providing your VAT number. Despite this, we still honoured the FREE shipping to Spain and applied a 10% discount. We received your payment on June 20th and shipped your gauge the very next day. The invoice was not incorrect, nor were there multiple errors. The only issue was the missing VAT number, which had not been supplied.

Once UPS received your VAT number, the shipment was promptly released, and you received the gauge in Spain just 6 days after your payment, well within the delivery time that we quoted.

We take great pride in delivering excellent service, and we feel that such a harsh negative rating, simply because UPS requested your VAT number, doesn't fairly represent the quality of service we provided. Nonetheless, we offered a full refund on your gauge, but as we haven't heard back from you, we assume you are satisfied with the product.

Excellent service by Tritex

I sent my NDT device to Tritex for annual re-cal. Unfortunately, I found myself needing it returned quicker than I anticipated. I contacted Jon at Tritex and explained my dilemma. Tritex received the unit Monday morning, bumped it to the front and had it ready for dispatch by lunchtime Monday. I received it back in Northern Ireland on Tuesday lunchtime, 25 hours after Tritex received it. Excellent service as usual from all concerned.
