Helpful staff
Got same day tickets for Siam park, the QR code didn't come due to technical problems. The staff at trip Tenerife was helpful when I phoned and I received the QR code after a short wait at Siam park. It could only have been improved by informing us beforehand that there was a problem as we were at first worried that we would not receive the tickets at all.

I visited the volcano El Teide from Santa Cruz.
Travelers should check the weather channel if they want to make sure of visibility.
Above the clouds is the best.
All in all, a great trip with a cool guide (José) who spoke 3 languages fluently.
No snacks or treats so pack some of your own.
The agency is very helpful and they make sure they give all necesary details. They also delivered the promised.

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Nice hotel and friendly staff. In our room there were two beds with wheels, so sometimes beds moved apart even when we wanted them to be next to each other. Breakfast was good, but I would have just hoped more vegan options. Sometimes waitress took our plate too quickly away, and I worry to waste any food. Pool areas were great.

The spa was fantastic and we would recommend it. However, they did not have our reservation upon arriving and so it took about 15 minutes to check in and show the relevant documentation (covid passport and ID).

Amazing experience
I booked the paragliding through Trip Tenerife and was very well organised to say I booked it last minute. The experience was amazing and one to remember. I was collected and dropped off at the hotel. A joy from start to finish.

It was fun
My daughter had fun. Me and my husband as well. They came to pick us up and brought back to our hotel. The only thing i was not satisfied is that we had no picture souvenir of our karting experience because taking pictures was not allowed and the person on the picture souvenir was not there that day.
