Very efficient! Within 2 minutes of booking, I received a phone call to say I needed to change the day/time. Free pick up & drop off, which was great and unexpected.
The Maxicat Catamaran was good, food & drink included in the 3 hour trip. We saw whales, dolphins & quick glimpse of a turtle 🐢
The water was quite choppy, so if you don't travel well on boats, take a strong travel sickness tablet! Unfortunately for us, our tablets were not strong enough 🤢😵‍💫. But definitely recommend Trip Tenerife 👌

A fantastic trip. Would thoroughly recommend. Beautiful scenery and views of Tiede. Wear your trainers for Teide so you can se the best views. No warmer wear required as you are at the base of the volcano.

Our Driver, Jose Marie , was outstanding navigating the roads going up and down the mountains and our Guide, Isabel, was so knowledgeable and accommodating. She looked after everyone and explained all the places we visited with enthusiasm and interesting facts. All in all a trip well worth going on. Thank you for a wonderful day. 😊

I would highly recommend this site as our experience was superb. We had to book multiple adventures (Scuba Dive, Fly Fish, Parasailing, Paragliding and Teide tour) the customer service girl Alexandra was brilliant, she booked everything, organised the point of pickup/meeting and reminded and guided us through out. Booking is always advised as you get to plan your trip and this site has all the options

I wanted to book some trips for my kids and after surfing on the net I found these guys. So accommodating and helpful! With some really good options and clear instructions on what and where etc.
Alexandra was SO patient - especially as we ended up not being able to do the trips because my teenagers kept changing their minds….. 🙃🤪

Only 4 stars because the organisation was really fast and good, but you can not evaluate a service that you have not tried yet. Such surveys should be sent after the customer has taken part on the event.

The trip was exciting, saw a whole dolphin family :-) the Crew was amazing, they speak the language of kids. We were planning to go to another trip but it was full, so we were offered Peter Pan boat - we feel lucky :-)

All went well, only minus point is instead of pickup just in front of hotel mentioned in the reservation have to walk approx. 1km at early morning 6:50.

Said they would pick us up for go karting and they never did , we had to pay extra because they don’t tell you that you have to be a certain age to have a certain kart, and they offered to drop us off instead but made us wait and hour, we had no choise but to buy an expensive cab . Total price was 100 euros for 12 minutes go karting. Although staff and karting instructors were polite the service was poor.
